Část rostlin nepřežila. Reklamaci neřeší, pan Konvička je arogantní a nepříjemný. NEDOPORUČUJI!!! The order from the e-shop came incomplete, charged and paid for, but everything was done. Plants in size C were very weak with almost no root system. Some of the plants did not survive. He does not solve complaints, Mr. Konvička is arrogant and unpleasant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

V obchodních podmínkách uvedené hnojivo v balíku nebylo. (ZDARMA Vám přibalíme za každých 999,- Kč nákupu hnojivo v hodnotě 60,- Kč) Špatná kvalita zaslané rostliny. Za mě nikdy více a nedoporučuji. Never for me again and I do not recommend.

Potřebovali jsme vyřídit změnu u vystavené faktury, která běžně zabere ochotnému a schopnému personálu 5 minut času, namísto toho se mi dostalo neomalené dětské reakce, kdy si pán vyřvává do telefonu že nemá dost času. Tak bych doporučovala začít se chovat trochu jinak a slušně a na svůj byznys si udělat adekvátní čas a nebo zaměstnat někoho schopného navíc. Mrzí mě to, jeho paní maminka, která zde pracuje je ochotná paní. Telefon mi také položil, z principu zde již nakupovat nebudu a raději pojedu do vzdálenějšího zahradnictví, kde jsou schopní, a slušní. O	Odobaenus Odob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud si chcete koupit rostliny, které jsou na fotografiích, kupte. Já se příště tomuto "zahradnictví" vyhnu. Prezentace rostlin je šílená. Nic podobného jsme nikde neviděl. Rostliny jsou bez cen, asi si je vymýšlí při placení.Platby pouze v hotovosti. If you want to buy the plants that are in the photos, buy. Next time, I will avoid this "gardening". The presentation of plants is crazy. We haven't seen anything like it anywhere. Plants are without prices, they probably invent them when paying. Dnes tj. po měsíci jsem se pana Konvičky dotazovala, kdy bude moje objednávka vyřízena. Pan Konvička mi řekl, že se mi dnes nebo zítra někdo ozve a praštil telefonem. Znovu jsem mu zavolala a ptala jsem se proč mi praštil telefonem a on mi odpověděl, že to byla porucha. Znovu jsem mu zopakovala, že v potvrzovacím emailu mé objednávky byl text, že po připsání financí na jejich účet bude objednávka vyřízena. Ve skutečnosti mi drželi peníze měsíc a nic se nedělo, žádný email, nic. On začal na mě řvát, že kdybych si přečetla jejich stránky, tak tam měli text, od kdy budou zasílat rostliny. Já jsem mu odpověděla, že žádný text jsem na webu neviděla. Na to on mi řekl, že jsem porušila obchodní podmínky a peníze mi vrací na účet. No přeci já nebudu denně sledovat co dají na web. Informaci jsem měla dostat do mejlu. Peníze přišly na účet. Takže škoda, že jsem si zde nepřečetla recenze, určitě bych v tomto e-shopu neobjednávala. Neskutečná arogance!!!!!!!!!! Mr. Konvička told me that someone would call me today or tomorrow and hit me on the phone. I called him again and asked why he hit me on the phone and he told me it was a malfunction. I repeated to him that in the confirmation email of my order there was a text that after crediting the funds to their account, the order will be processed. In fact, they kept me money for a month and nothing happened, no email, nothing. He started yelling at me that if I read their pages, they would have a text there when they would send plants. I told him that I had not seen any text on the web. He told me that I had violated the terms and conditions and was returning the money to my account. Well, I won't watch what they put on the web every day. I should have gotten the information in the mail. The money came to the account. So it's a pity that I didn't read the reviews here, I would definitely not order in this e-shop. Incredible arrogance !!!!!!!!!!

Objednávka z června, do dnešního dne nevyřízená reklamace. Sazenice inzerující jako 4-8 leté (rakytníky) , naprostý výsměch, max. dvouleté 60cm vysoké rostliny. Špatně zabalené, a květináče naházené na sobě. Polámané sazenice. Stromek lískového ořechu ohnutý a zlomený v půli,. Komunikace tristní. Pan Konvička se jen vymlouvá, že nemá dodané fotografie, které má ovšem již z Července. NEDOPORUČUJI. To si radši zajet do OBI. NEVERMORE!!!! I came across, like a lot of others before me.
