★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hlavním úkolem myslivosti je ochrana přírody. Stejně tak je ochrana přírody uvedena i ve Stanovách Českomoravské myslivecké jednoty jako hlavní poslání myslivosti. Chov zvěře je podle § 3 odst. 2 Zákona o myslivosti udržován v rozmezí mezi minimálním a normovaným stavem zvěře, které jsou určeny v rozhodnutí orgánu státní správy myslivosti o uznání honitby. Laické (či ala aktivistické) pseudo domněnky o stavu zvěře neodrážejí skutečné početní stavy. Škody způsobené užíváním honitby, zvěří a na zvěři popisuje § 52 - § 56 Zákona o myslivosti a zcela běžně se škody hradí. Pokud uživatel honitby nenahradí škodu do 60 dnů ode dne, kdy poškozený uplatnil svůj nárok a vyčíslil výši škody nebo ve stejné lhůtě neuzavřel s poškozeným písemnou dohodu o náhradě této škody, může poškozený ve lhůtě 3 měsíců uplatnit svůj nárok na náhradu škody u soudu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jde o centrum spolku který vůbec neřeší přemnoženou zvěř v lesích a škody jí způsobené. Samozřejmě se i mezi těmato lidma najde někdo kdo chodí tuto zvěř střílet, bohužel jich je velice málo. A paradox na závěr: dneska sou členové v těchto spolcích lidé z města a kanceláří. A ti to s pochůzkama a odstřelem opravdu nepřeháněj. Nemám rád myslivce. Samý práva a žádný povinosti natož náhrady škod vlatníkům půdy co platí daně z pozemků
