★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odcházím naprosto nadšená! Byla jsem u kadeřnice Pavlíny - moc šikovná a příjemná. Uzpůsobila mi střih dle předlohy, ale i mých vlasů a s výsledkem jsem naprosto spokojená.
Přírodní produkty jsou velké plus, personál velice milý a interiér krásný. Nemám, co vytknout. Děkuji!
 Leaving absolutely thrilled! I was at the hairdresser Pauline - very smart and pleasant. He adjusted the cut according to the draft, but my hair and I am absolutely happy outcome.
Natural products are a big plus, the staff very helpful and nice interior. I have nothing to reproach. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V salonu OliOla jsem byla již potřetí a vždy jsem odcházela spokojena... Dnes jsem ale odcházela nejen s krásným účesem, ale i se skvělým pocitem! Paní kadeřnice Michaela G. se mi věnovala s maximální péčí, vybrala účes, který mi skutečně sedí a netrvala na razantních zkráceních ani změnách, s čímž jsem se setkávala u jiných kadeřníků dost často :). Určitě to nebyla má poslední návštěva.
Jako velké plus salonu hodnotím možnost rezervace online, příjemné prostředí a přírodní, báječně voňavou kosmetiku.
I was in OliOla salon for the third time and I always left satisfied ... But today I was leaving not only with a beautiful hairstyle but also with a great feeling! The hairdresser Michaela G. gave me the utmost care, chose a hairstyle that really suits me and did not insist on rapid cuts or changes, which I have met with other hairdressers quite often :). It certainly wasn't my last visit.
As a big plus of the salon I evaluate the possibility of booking online, pleasant environment and natural, wonderfully fragrant cosmetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velmi zklamaný. Výsledek zesvětlení vlasů mou přítelkyni nepotěšil. Předražené. Bídný kadeřník bez schopnosti.
I'm very disappointed. The result of lightening my hair did not please my girlfriend. Overpriced. Poor hairdresser without ability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za 15 minut strihu pro dite bez pouziti vlasovych pripravku mi bylo naucovano 490,- Kc, coz dle meho nazoru nebylo v souladu s cenikem. Ackoli jsem na to upozornila, nebylo to nic platne. Pri posledni navsteve mi navic po pedikure lakovani vydrzelo pouze do prichodu domu. Ceny se rapidne zvysily, sluzby se zhorsily.
In 15 minutes of cutting for a child without the use of hair products, I was taught 490 CZK, which, in my opinion, was not in line with the price list. Although I pointed this out, it was nothing valid. On the last visit, after the pedicure, painting lasted only until the arrival of the house. Prices have risen rapidly, services have deteriorated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje zkušenost ve studiu OliOla je opravdu varující pro všechny, kteří chtějí toto zařízení navštívit. S kadernici M.G. jsme se dohodly co se preji, pro představu jsem ji ukázala i obrázek. Výsledek byl katastrofální, vlasy ostříhane téměř na ježka, barva mě chytla na půl hlavy, zbytek zůstaly šedivé vlasy.
Kadernice me udělala na hlavě co chtěla!
Okamžitě jsem reklamovala výsledek u paní majitelky, ještě mě vyhrožovala právníkem, vše jsem doložila fotkami, které jsem pořídila bezprostředně po opuštění studia. V této chvíli je moje stížnost bez reakce ze strany studia. Požaduji vrácení již bohužel zaplacene nehorázné částky za takovou práci.
Pečlivě si všichni rozmyslete, než toto zařízení navštívíte. Neprofesionální chování ze strany majitelky, i výtvory kadeřníka bohužel do takového "salónu" opravdu nepatří.
My experience at the OliOla studio is really warning for everyone who wants to visit this facility. With hairdressers M.G. we agreed what I wanted, for the idea I showed her the picture. The result was disastrous, my hair was cut almost to a hedgehog, the color caught me in the middle of my head, the rest was gray hair.
The hairdresser did what I wanted on my head!
I immediately complained to the owner about the result, she was still threatening me with a lawyer, I documented everything with the photos I took immediately after leaving the studio. At this point, my complaint has no response from the studio. Unfortunately, I demand a refund of the outstanding amounts already paid for such work.
Everyone think carefully before visiting this facility. Unfortunately, unprofessional behavior on the part of the owner, as well as the hairdresser's creations, do not really belong in such a "salon".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z nejhorších zážitků z kadeřnictví, který jsem kdy měla. Do kadeřnictví jsem přišla s nebarvenými, středně hnědými vlasy s lehkým prošedivěním, které jsem chtěla zakrýt. S kadeřnicí M.G. jsme se dohodly na přelivu ve stejné barvě jako moje přirozená barva vlasů. Upozorňovala jsem předem, že jsem výrazně studený typ a že barva musí být chladná. Kadeřnice sama namíchala barvu, nijak ji se mnou nekonzultovala. Když jsem se poprvé viděla v zrcadle, bylo mi jasné, že to bude průšvih. Barva světlá (daleko světlejší než moje vlasy), EXTRÉMNĚ zrzavá (tedy přesný opak toho, co jsem chtěla). Po chvíli sama kadeřnice řekla, že barvu bude muset upravit - nanesla mi na vlasy zelený toner, který zrzavou o něco stáhnul. Toner se mi ovšem doma během tří mytí kompletně vymyl a zůstala extrémně zrzavá barva - moje pleť a obočí k barvě vlasů absolutně neladilo, vypadala jsem asi tak, jako bych se doma barvila nejlevnější drogérkovou barvou a hodně se to nepovedlo (regulérně jsem se styděla chodit ven). Za tenhle výsledek jsem mimochodem zaplatila přes 2,5 (!!!) tisíce. Myslím, že kadeřnice jednoduše není moc schopná, co se týče barvení, protože u mé původní kadeřnice se mi toto nikdy nestalo a vždycky jsem odcházela s krásnou chladnou hnědou. Co dodat - vracet se nebudu. Nedoporučuju, je mi to líto.
One of the worst hairdressing experiences I've ever had. I came to the hairdresser's with uncoloured, medium-brown hair with a slight graying that I wanted to cover. With hairdresser M.G. We agreed on an overflow in the same color as my natural hair color. I warned in advance that I was a very cold type and that the color must be cool. The hairdresser mixed the color herself, she did not consult with me in any way. When I first saw myself in the mirror, it was clear to me that it would be a problem. Color light (much lighter than my hair), EXTREMELY red (the exact opposite of what I wanted). After a while, the hairdresser herself said that she would have to adjust the color - she applied green toner to my hair, which pulled the redhead a little. However, the toner completely washed away at home during the three washes and an extremely reddish color remained - my skin and eyebrows did not match my hair color at all, I looked like I was dyed at home with the cheapest drugstore color and it didn't work out very well (I was regularly ashamed to walk out). By the way, I paid over 2.5 (!!!) thousands for this result. I don't think the hairdresser is very good at coloring, because this never happened to my original hairdresser and I always left with a beautiful cool brown. What to add - I will not return. I do not recommend, I'm sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the experience I had with OliOla was disappointing. I was excited to try organic hair coloring and to get the purple balayage as previously agreed during consultation. The color did not come out quite as I have shown the hairstylist in the photos, and it also faded away after only one wash. It is true that I was charged only for the balayage and not for the dyeing itself but nevertheless, my advice is to ask for a coloring test in advance. I was also advised and agreed to cut and apply treatment for my hair being too dry. Yet, after it, my hair looks even dryer than before. Lastly, being a non-Czech speaker was an inconvenient for me since I was able to explain my wishes or simply communicate only with the receptionist but not with the hairstylist.
