V	Veronika Hergetová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo hezké, ale obsluha naprosto tragická.. Byla jsem zda dvakrát a po třetí už mě tam nikdo neuvidí. Obsluha není obsluhou.. Poprvé jsme na kávu čekali 20 min a po druhé jsme po 30 min odešli, protože za celých 30 minut nikdo nepřišel! A ráda bych dodala, že cukrárna nebyla ani z poloviny plná.. Nechápu.... Nice place, but the staff absolutely tragic .. I was there twice and for the third time no one will see me there. The staff is not the staff .. The first time we waited for coffee for 20 minutes and the second time we left after 30 minutes, because no one came in 30 minutes! And I would like to add that the confectionery was not even half full .. I don't understand ....
U	Ursus der Bär on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, Spitzen Kuchen und der Service erstklassig. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, innen auch Topp. Ein guter Tipp. Excellent, top cakes and first class service. The terrace invites you to relax, inside also great. A good tip.

Nice confectionery in Klatovy with a children's corner. Nice and helpful staff. The cakes and ice cream from the owner are excellent. I recommend.
J	Jezevec Obecný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdysi to byla ještě pod jiným názvem a s jinými majiteli naprosto TOP cukrárna. Nikdy nezapomenu na "Spaghetti Eis", vanilkovou zmrzlinu propasírovanou do tvaru špaget, přelitou jahodovou omáčkou a posypanou strouhanou bílou čokoládou. Býval to vážně luxus tu v druhý polovině devadesátek posedět a vychutnat si něco z jejich naprosto dokonalý nabídky s obsluhou s doslova prvorepublikovým chováním. Dnes jsme o pětadvacet let dál. Bohužel se tohle místo posunulo v čase přesně opačným směrem. Polovina zákusků vypadá jak v Jednotě v roce 1985, druhá polovina neurazí, ale nenadchne. Jablečný koláč byl OK, ale za 75 korun by člověk čekal něco víc, než kus koláče vypadajícího a chutnajícího jako kdybyste ho koupili zmražený v Kauflandu a nechali ho roztát. Zmrzlina naprosto tuctová, neodpovídající šedesáti korunám za dva kopečky ve waflovém kornoutku. Obsluha vyloženě protivná. Sem už ne... It used to be another name and with other owners absolutely TOP confectionery. I will never forget "Spaghetti Eis", vanilla ice cream sifted into spaghetti shape, topped with strawberry sauce and sprinkled with grated white chocolate. It used to be a real luxury to sit here in the second half of the 1990s and enjoy some of their absolutely perfect offer with staff with literally First Republic behavior. Today we are twenty-five years away. Unfortunately, this place has moved in exactly the opposite direction over time. Half of the desserts look like in Unity in 1985, the other half will not offend, but will not inspire. Apple pie was OK, but for 75 crowns you would expect something more than a piece of cake that looks and tastes like you bought it frozen in Kaufland and let it melt. Absolutely a dozen ice creams, not corresponding to sixty crowns for two scoops in a waffle cone. The staff is clearly annoying. I'm not here anymore ...

You can also sit outside on the terrace, however you must go inside to place order. I'd appreciate if there were napkins available and also the waitress could bring a spoons as we had a little problem to eat the cream. But else, I surely recommend. ?
