★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mniej się nie da. Auto wyjechało po 28 godzinach. Rozładowują jak chcą - żadnego ładu i składu. Ruszają się jak muchy w smole. Aut do rozładunku masa a oni z jednej rampy rozładowują średnio 2h jedno auto. Pracują teoretycznie od 7-16, zaczynają rozładunki o 9-10 i wychodzą o 16 z radosnym uśmiechem na twarzy. DRAMAT!!! Omijajcie! Niech sobie te rowery sami wożą!
It can not be less. The car left after 28 hours. They unload as they want - no order or composition. They move like flies in the pitch. Aut to unload the mass and they from one ramp unload an average of 2h one car. They work theoretically from 7-16, start unloading at 9-10 and come out at 4pm with a happy smile on their face. DRAMA!!! Bypassing! Let these bikes transport themselves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem do prodejny. Sháněl jsem určitý typ kola Olpran u pokladny od paní prodavačky mi bylo řečeno " nemáme nejsme prodejna Olpran" no comment už nikdy více.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zakoupení kola byl problém s přehazovačkou. Při třetí jízdě mi vletěla do špic. Reklamaci zamítli. NEJEDNA SE O ZÁRUČNÍ OPRAVU. Zřejmě tam pracují cizinci. Pokud Češi tak jsou to k...y. Přeji všem zákazníkům hodně štěstí.
There was a problem with the derailleur after buying the bike. On the third ride, it flew into my spitz. The complaint was rejected. THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY REPAIR. Apparently foreigners work there. If the Czechs, they are k ... y. I wish all customers good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem si kolo Olpran objednal jsem si ho 29.11.2020 kolo dorazilo 18.12.2020 budiš jsou vánoce mají toho hodně kolo není kompletní chybí sedlovka (trubka spojující rám se sedlem) reklamace žádná odpověď po několika pokusech se dovolat teď se vám nemůžem věnovat zavolejte po novém roce. dík že jste zaplatil kolo celé! nazdar jsou VÁNOCE a zázrak se stal sedlovka dorazila dnes 23.12.2020 děkuji sláva jsou VÁNOCE
I bought an Olpran bike I ordered it 11/29/2020 the bike has arrived 12/18/2020 wake up it's Christmas they have a lot the bike is not complete missing seatpost (tube connecting the frame with the saddle) complaint no answer after a few attempts to call now new year. thanks for paying the bike all over! hi it is CHRISTMAS and a miracle has become a seatpost arrived today 23.12.2020 thank you glory is CHRISTMAS
