★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný hotel na krásném místě. Na recepci velmi milá a profesionální recepční, vysoce hodnotím také kuchaře - jídlo velmi chutné a skvěle připravené. Toto však srážejí tyto nedostatky:
1) Po příchodu na pokoj v koberci a na sedačce mnodo nečistot - pokoj zřejmě nebyl vyluxován,
2) Zcela zásadní nedostatky jsou u personálu restaurace (pozitivní hodnocení snese jen mladý číšník), obsluha nepříliš ochotná, při večeři jsme čekali na jídelní lístek přesně 20 minut (!). Při výtce paní servírce jen sdělila, že měla jinou práci (!). Mladá servírka u vedlejšího stolu zase nevěděla, jakou ten den mají polévku (!). Restaurace bylo přitom poloprázdná, o den dříve tam bylo mnohem více hostů včetně baru a mladý číšník to zvládal sám bez problému.
Doporučuji majitelům restaurace provést proškolení obsluhy o tom, jak přistupovat k zákazníkovi. Toto opravdu sráží celkový dojem velmi nízko. A zároveň hotel přichází o peníze z vyšších tržeb...
 Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. At the reception very nice and professional receptionist, I also highly appreciate the chef - the food very tasty and well prepared. However, this is compounded by the following shortcomings:
1) After arriving at the room in the carpet and on the sofa a lot of dirt - the room was probably not luxuriated,
2) There are fundamental shortcomings in the restaurant staff (positive evaluation can only bear a young waiter), the staff is not very helpful, at dinner we waited for the menu for exactly 20 minutes (!). During the rebuke, the waitress just said that she had another job (!). The young waitress at the next table didn't know what soup they had that day (!). The restaurant was half empty, a day earlier there were many more guests, including a bar, and the young waiter managed it himself without any problems.
I recommend that restaurant owners train staff on how to approach the customer. This really lowers the overall impression very low. At the same time, the hotel is losing money from higher sales ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap hotel with services matching the price. Furniture, sheets, pillows and bathroom are terrible and all date back to communist era, on the other hand it was the cheapest accommodation nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was ok, the service was slow and confused. There were only two wait staff for a busy restaurant but they tried hard and were friendly. Menu was alright and the options were limited.
