★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there a few times only. There are different people on the reception, some of them speak English. 1 entrance is 120 CZK. It seems that the fitness is a sport club(MMA) therefore the conditions are a bit like a sport club. They have good equipment and some very useful professional things which you can not find elsewhere, its clean and there is a shower and a bathrrom, but its just like in the sports school, in the men's locker room its not impossible to see someone naked and someone to see you, some people try to enter only when its empty and they will tell you to wait for them.

1. Staff is very friendly
2. They have lifting platforms as well as bumper plates
3. It's close to the hostivar forest where you can go for a nice post workout walk
4. Being that it's small, I haven't really seen it packed & never had to wait on machines or equipment
