★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OLYMP Fitness je vcelku sympatické fitness centrum. Nachází se zde přes 50 stanovišť. Stroje jsou koncipovány k procvičení celého těla. Klec na dřepy a jednoruční činky do 60 kg jsou samozřejmostí. Najdete zde např. veslovací trenažér, běžecké pásy, eliptický trenažér, Kromě toho zde máte výběr z velkého sortiment proteinů, sacharidových nápojů, stimulantů výkonu, spalovačů tuků, vitamínů, atd. Fitness je spojeno též se soláriem. Místo je vhodné i pro úplné začátečníky, pro které je připraven cvičební plán. Jinak řečeno najdete zde to, co od fitka očekáváte.
OLYMP Fitness is quite a nice fitness center. There are over 50 sites. The machines are designed to exercise the whole body. A cage for squats and one-handed dumbbells up to 60 kg are a matter of course. Here you will find, for example, a rowing machine, treadmills, an elliptical trainer. In addition, you have a choice of a large range of proteins, carbohydrate drinks, performance stimulants, fat burners, vitamins, etc. Fitness is also associated with a solarium. The place is also suitable for complete beginners, for whom an exercise plan is prepared. In other words, you will find here what you expect from a fitness.
