★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice inside, not so nice outside. Room was nice and cosy, bathroom equipment could do with some repairs. Breakfast just fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star hotel means every star for 1 waiter they have there. We wanted to order beer during dinner and were waiting 45 minutes for someone to take our order even after we were told on a bar that we have to wait at our table. After that we just went to lobby bar where we waited another 30 minutes to get our beers. Another bonus is that you can't regulate temperature in your room so we were cooking ourselves in 27 degree room even after opening balcony doors.

Nice, cosy, clean, modern hotel with great spa (well spa could be open for a bit longer in the evening).
Only the view is a bit weird (trees are nice... But the garage building and mud below...).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well placed, clean, modern, sport hotel with good breakfast, small pool for swimming. Efficient reception. Service in the lobby bar a bit inexperienced,but still friendly. Bathrobes that were given to us had big rips and holes in them and saw that other quests shared the same faith. All in all good experience would go back, if in that area again.

- well located
- nice breakfast
- standard size rooms
- friendly restaurant personnel
Negatives:
- only two electric plugs on room very badly placed
- room views are towards old communist garage complex
- Wellness has nice pool, but whirlpool is with same water temperature
- sauna is ridiculous, for the whole hotel only for 3 persons comfortably
- fitness consists of 3 machines in the open corridor
Overall good place if you are up for skiing, but very far from wellness hotel as they claim in their name. The hotel has been clearly maintained since opening without any improvements, which again, could be good enough if you are looking only for laying down after a day full of skiing. Our experience was below our expectations.
