★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vo štvrtok o 19:00 na výber jedna bageta s obschnutou šunkou a asi 4 sladké buchty. Vypýtal som si espresso, predavačmi automaticky nablokoval americano. Na môj dotaz, že som chcel espresso a nie americano, mi povedal že už mám zaplatené americano a odmietol mi spraviť to čo som si objednal. Až na moje opakované naliehanie mu predavačka dohovorila, aby mi spravil espresso. Bol maximálne neochotný a arogantný. Žiadne ďakujem, prosím, ani prepáčte.
On Thursday at 19:00, one baguette with dried ham and about 4 sweet buns to choose from. I asked for an espresso, the vendors automatically blocked americano. When I asked that I wanted an espresso and not an American, he told me that I had already paid for an American and refused to do what I had ordered. Except for my repeated insistence, the saleswoman told him to make me an espresso. He was extremely reluctant and arrogant. No thanks, please, or sorry.
