Po několika dnech jsem od e-shopu nedostala žádné info o expedici, které mi po zavolání zaslali. K mému nepříjemnému překvapení mi napsali, že změnili přepravce a to na We Do, který je nejhorším přepravcem v ČR. Po skoro týdnu zásilku nemám a nejsou ochotni mi vrátit peníze. Nedoporučuji. I ordered a product in this store, paid by bank transfer and paid for the PPL courier service. After a few days, I did not receive any information from the e-shop about the expedition, which they sent me after calling. To my unpleasant surprise, they wrote me that they had changed the carrier to We Do, which is the worst carrier in the Czech Republic. I have no shipment after almost a week and they are not willing to return my money. I do not recommend.

Very fast order processing, they ripped the market off my heel with a gift, a printed T-shirt. Very nice print. Invoice only online, no unnecessary papers. I recommend!

Zboží přišlo nefunkční a pani to telefonním hovoru , ze mam zboží na svoje náklady poslat zpět a cekat 30 dni na reklamaci . Říkám ji , ze to obleceni potrebuji do prace a 30 dni , to si objednám jinde , ze chci vrátit peníze. To neni problém jen , at udelam to a to , tak to udelam a dnes hovor opet jina pani velká K...a . Pani , ze penize nikoli , ze mam jiny papir a ze výměna. Kdyz jsem řekla to , co te prvni , ze 30 dni nebude člověk cekat , ze jsem objednala jinde , tak se tu ohanela ze penize by poslali , ale ze oni mají právo neproplatit zase postovne . No muzu říct od této firmy už nikdy více. Nespokojenost , arogance a doufám, že tímto způsobem brzy dojdou ke konci . Aby člověk, který si zaplati za zboží přes eshop, čekal rozbité, nepoužité a mel cekat jeste 30 dni na reklamaci a platit další postovne zpět k nim to uz je moc . Eshop by mel než expedituje zboží k zákazníkovi snad kontrolovat a ne ze mi pani řekne, že se to u nich nedělá, ze tech hadrů maji hodne a kontrolovani by zdrzovalo , aby zákazník byl spokojený. No urcite než si objednáte zde se radši mrkněte jinde. Lepší připlatit kačku než takové nervy . A abych byla upřímná,tak kvalita zboží - příšerné. Opravdu dejte stovku navíc a radši si objednejte jinde. I do not recommend shopping here at all !!! Arrogant behavior, until it's not nice. The goods came inoperable and the lady made a phone call to send the goods back at my own expense and wait 30 days for a complaint. I tell her I need the clothes for work and 30 days, I order it elsewhere, I want to return the money. It's not a problem just that if I do this and that, I'll do it and today call another lady, the big K ... a. Lady, not money, I have other paper and an exchange. When I said what you first, that in 30 days one would not expect that I had ordered elsewhere, so she was running away from the money they would send, but that they have the right not to reimburse postage again. Well, I can never say more from this company. Dissatisfaction, arrogance and I hope that in this way they will soon come to an end. So that a person who pays for goods through an e-shop waits broken, unused and has to wait another 30 days for a complaint and pay another postage back to them is too much. Before dispatching the goods to the customer, the e-shop should check and not let the lady tell me that it is not done for them, that they have a lot of tech rags and that it would delay checking that the customer is satisfied. Well, be sure to check it out elsewhere before ordering here. Better to pay extra for a duck than such nerves. And to be honest, the quality of the goods - terrible. Really give a hundred extra and better order elsewhere.
