Wir konnten im April aufgrund von Corona ( Grenzen Sperre) nicht nach Prag fahren!!
Obwohl das alles bekannt war hat man uns unser Geld vom Konto abgebucht!!
Trotz Stornierung unsererseits.
Bis jetzt haben wir unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen.
Haben jetzt einen Anwalt eingeschaltet.
Booking com hilft einem fast gar nicht!!
Erreichen kann man fast niemanden.
Direkt beim Appartment anzurufen hilft auch nichts es hebt keiner ab.
Corona hin oder her es ist eine Frechheit wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird!!!!!!!!
 Dear people, do you a favor and don't book this apartment !!
We couldn't go to Prague in April due to Corona (boundaries blocked) !!
Although all this was known, our money was debited from our account !!
Despite cancellation on our part.
So far we haven't got our money back.
Have now hired a lawyer.
Booking com almost doesn't help you at all !!
You can hardly reach anyone.
Calling directly at the apartment doesn't help, nobody answers.
Corona or not it's a cheek how customers are dealt with !!!!!!!!
