★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od prvního mailu, kdy pan Černovický začal zpracovávat nabídku, bylo jasné, že jsem si lépe vybrat nemohl. Byt byl nakonec zarezervován do 1měsíce a to s navýšením ceny. Jednalo se o byt 3kk v paneláku na jižním městě. Komunikace, empatie, vše na úrovni a naprosto v klidu. Vřele Doporučuji.
From the first e-mail, when Mr. Černovický started processing the offer, it was clear that I could not have made a better choice. The apartment was eventually booked within 1 month with an increase in price. It was a 3-bedroom apartment in a block of flats in the southern town. Communication, empathy, everything on a level and absolutely calm. I warmly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troufám si říct, že kdyby nebylo pana Černovického, tak s rodinou stále nebydlíme a hledáme byt ke koupi. Celý proces, od domluvy prohlídky bytu, přes podpisy smluv až po předání menšího dárku jako poděkování probíhal naprosto fantasticky a v nejvyšší profesionalitě. Velice se vážíme služeb a hlavně přístupu, který byl lidský, příjemný a po každé schůzce, jsme odcházeli s úsměvem. Pokud budeme v budoucnu řešit další koupi nemovistosti či jinou aktivitu s tímto spojenou, stoprocentně se na pana Černovického opět obrátíme.
I dare say that if it was not for Mr. Černovický, we would still not live with the family and look for an apartment to buy. The whole process, from arranging a tour of the apartment, through signing contracts to handing over a small gift as a thank you, took place absolutely fantastically and with the highest professionalism. We appreciate the service and especially the approach, which was human, pleasant and after each meeting, we left with a smile. If we deal with another purchase of real estate or other related activities in the future, we will turn to Mr. Černovický again.
