★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od mala jsem měl panickou hrůzu a špatné zkušenosti na zubaře, proto jsem přestal k zubaři úplně chodit. Zuby jsem si čistil, ale samozřejmě to nestačilo. Ve 30 mě kamarád donutil dojít ke svému zubaři p. Bumbálkovi, který se ukázal, že opravdu ví co dělá. I když jsem měl ze startu hrůzu, tak vždy věděl, jak to udělat, aby mě to nikdy nebolelo a toho jsem si velice cenil a strach začal odcházet. Po 2 letech velmi pravidelných návštěv, už konečně mám opravenou celou pusu i nějaký implantát a jsem velice spokojený.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na úvod musím říct, že jsem extrémní strašpytel a u zubaře jsem nebyla velice dlouho. Nakonec jsem dala na doporučení přítele a zašla do Onedentu (poprvé s ním, pro jistotu). Ujal se nás pan doktor Dávid Kövér. Dnes mi vrtal jeden z dosti ošklivých zubů vzadu a absolutně bez bolesti. Po celou dobu jsem byla poučená, informovaná. Oba s paní asistentkou příjemní a profesionální, i v brzkých ranních hodinách! Rovněž musím pochválit paní zubní hygienistku, jejíž jméno jsem si bohužel nezapamatovala. Motivovala mě k lepšímu a pečlivějšímu čištění zoubků (sama ze své vlastní iniciativy jsem si pořídila sonický zubní kartáček - jedna z mých nejlepších životních investic). Ona i pan doktor umí povzbudit, uklidnit. Necítíte se vedle nich jako přítěž nebo hlupák. Dávám plný počet bodů.
 I must say at the beginning that I am an extreme ghost and I have not been to the dentist for a very long time. Eventually, on the recommendation of a friend, I went to Onedent (for the first time with him, just in case). We were received by Dr. Dávid Kövér. Today he was drilling one of my pretty ugly teeth in the back and absolutely painless. I was informed, informed all the time. Both with the assistant and friendly and professional, even in the early morning! I must also commend the dental hygienist, whose name I unfortunately did not remember. It motivated me to clean my teeth better and more carefully (I bought a sonic toothbrush on my own initiative - one of my best investments in life). She and the doctor can encourage, calm down. You don't feel like a burden or a fool next to them. I give the full number of points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is right to say, I think my journey with a Dentist didn't start long before,all for me to be in the hands of One Dent.
From the receptionist Martina to the assistants ,it's a smiley affair all the way to the Docs. There is a warm and homely aura in this place. You feel loved and cared for.
Dr. Ester is a true definition of what motherly love is....in her hands I felt safe. She is empathetic, kind,caring ,lovely,skilled and it's true to say she found her calling in what she does because she does it so perfectly. I can't stop talking about my experience with her,it's memorable and looking forward to more.
The dental hygienist Mariketa(sp), was lovely,gental, kind ,sweet...and I can't wait for my next appointment with her.
The best dental team is at One Dent. The level of care is top notch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Michal Bumbalek is the consummate professional. He is an artist in the sculpture of teeth. He has filled, extracted and maintained my mouth better than I can myself. Between his professional care and the able assistance and advice thereof of his superb hygienist associates, I have turned around my own dental care. I cannot under-emphasise how much they are superb. I have recommended their services to several friends and associates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dental service is a top quality and I'm really happy to visit this dental clinic.
They use current dental technologies - top quality fills, always radiography. They Restored me broken tooth caused by old amalgam fill (such broken tooth would usually lead to dental crown, but the doctor fixed the tooth without the crown); they also found tooth decay hidden under another old amalgam fill.
This clinic forces client to visit dental hygienist regularly, not visiting dental hygienist is no-go. This practice is a bit awkward from the first insight, but makes sense - onedent cares about our teeth and prefer cheaper prevention instead of expensive fixes.
Price for the onedent dental services is high, definitely higher than what I experienced earlier. But the price is balanced by the top quality and professionalism, and I like to pay higher price for the top service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly look forward to go to the dentist now. My teeth have been in very bad shape since my childhood. After each visit is something in my mouth in significantly and visibly better condition. They are thorough and that can lead to long time in the chair in comparison with my previous dentist, but that is a good thing.
