★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me just preface by saying that coffee is my business, I own shops in the UK, so I clearly love coffee.
I visit onesip at least once a day, sometimes twice. It is undoubtedly the most finest and exquisite brew in the area. Huge flavour profiles without bitterness, or being overpowered by fruit or sweet. I would guess at a light roast to let the flavour shine through. The guys that serve us know how to make coffee, true baristas, Consistent in their preparation, if there is a que they do not rush, which is exactly how it should be.
No inside seating, but Petrin park is a 60 second walk away, there really cant be a better way to spend a morning than with one of their coffees, sat under a tree. Highly recommended.

Take away only, no seating inside.
You can grab your coffee and enjoy it near the fountain or in the Kinský garden.
