★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZOUFALÉ! NEDOPORUČUJI! 30.11.2020 jsem zaplatil za výrobek, který dodnes nemám a nemám za něj ani peníze zpět. Dnes je 11.3.2021. Mají neskutečný bordel v evidenci zakázek a reklamací. Reklamační oddělení nefunguje, komunikuje jako zaseklý gramofon a nakonec po 3 měsících řešení mi místo doručení nepoškozeného zboží vyhrožují odstoupením od smlouvy, pokud si poškozené zboží nepřevezmu. Nikdy jsem něco takového nezažil. Paní Lenka Hudcová specialistka zákaznické péče by měla změnit profesi. Eshopy od ONIO nepoužívat!
DESPERATELY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 11/30/2020 I paid for a product that I still don't have and I don't even have my money back for it. Today is 11.3.2021. They have an unbelievable mess in the records of orders and complaints. The complaints department does not work, it communicates like a jammed turntable and finally, after 3 months of resolution, they threaten me instead of delivering undamaged goods by withdrawing from the contract if I do not take over the damaged goods. I've never experienced anything like this. Ms. Lenka Hudcová, a customer care specialist, should change her profession. Do not use eshops from ONIO!

We ordered tools for the company, which were delivered to us without accessories. The complaints department solved everything without any problems and, most importantly. We can only recommend, pleasant and quick negotiations.

I ordered tires and blocked time in the auto service. The order was paid in full and confirmed.
Few days after I receive an email saying that there are only 2 tires available and I should pay 800 Kc more for the other 2, since the price has changed (!) Ok, nowhere to go, already April and running late, I had to make a payment.
The day for the service approaching. I’m getting reminder sms etc. nice. What happens in the auto service after an hour of waiting?? There are only 2 tires available!
Half a working day lost in vain, no excuse and no preferential treatment afterwards.
Now we are still trying to negotiate a new date of service;( To be honest, never again…
