V	Vojtěch Bobčík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už nikdy více nechci mít co dočinění s tímto obchodem .... přístup k zákazníkovi je naprosto katastrofální.... nechal jsem si v obchodě vyměnit strojek v hodinkách ... dodal jsem 2 hodinky stejného typu... jedny s rozbitým strojkem a druhé s rozbitým páskem... přesně jsem nadiktoval co po nich chci... ne jenom že mi po dvou týdnech tvrdila že hodinky již vydala někomu jinému .... nakonec když se mi hodinky dostali do ruky jsem zjistil že nebyl absolutně splněn můj požadavek. Na hodinkách byl s funkčním strojkem byl opraven pásek, ale takovým způsobem že čekám kdy se rozpadne. Doporučují zlepšit komunikaci se zákazníkem I never want to have anything to do with this shop again .... the approach to the customer is absolutely catastrophic .... I had the watch in the shop replaced ... I delivered 2 watches of the same type ... one with a broken watch and the second with a broken strap ... I dictated exactly what I wanted from them ... not only that after two weeks she told me that she had already given the watch to someone else .... finally when I got my watch in my hand I found out that my requirement. The strap was repaired on the watch with a working movement, but in such a way that I am waiting for it to fall apart. They recommend improving communication with the customer
O	Oldřich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se mi potvrdilo že recenze jsou pravdivé. Pouze výměna pásku u hodinek je tu velký problém. Přijďte zítra slišíme už druhý týden. Uvidíme jak to dopadne. Ale sem už určitě nepůjdu. Unfortunately, it was confirmed to me that the reviews are true. Only changing the strap of the watch is a big problem. Come tomorrow we hear the second week. We'll see what happens. But I will definitely not come here again.
M	Marty J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy ale nikdy už nevstoupím do tohoto "hodinářství". Přinesl jsem drahé hodinky od Festina (ten den koupené, úplně nové), že potřebuji oddělat pouze dýnko. Velice nepříjemná prodavačka mi odvětila, že hodinář už tam není, načež hodinky vzala a šla "zkusit" dýnko oddělat sama. Samozřejmě se vrátila, že to nešlo a divám se, že jsou hodinky mírně poškrábané, jak se je snažila otevřít (udělaný "zub" + mirný škrábance jak na dýnku tak na hodinkách - asi jak páčila). Tak jsem samozřejmě upozornil, jestli to je vtip, že mi je poškodila. Hodinky byly ten den koupené a byly na nich ještě nálepky o pravosti s certifikáty. To se mi paní vysmála, že "to je ten levný obecný kov, který se prohne" , tak jsem nechápavě kroutil hlavou (hodinky byly samozřejmě ocel). Paní je evidentně velký znalec. Zajímalo by mě, co by řekli v Klenoty Aurum, že jejich hodinky jsou "fejky". Na konec jsem si hodinky rozlobený vzal a šel domů, protože paní nejevila žádný zájem se semnou bavit. Měl jsem být tvrdší a nechat si hodinky zaplatit ! But I will never enter this "watchmaking" again. I brought an expensive watch from Festin (bought that day, brand new), that I only need to do the pumpkin. A very unpleasant saleswoman replied that the watchmaker was no longer there, after which she took the watch and went to "try" to make the pumpkin herself. Of course she came back that it didn't work and I'm surprised that the watch is slightly scratched as she tried to open it (made "tooth" + slight scratches on both the pumpkin and the watch - probably as she liked). So, of course, I pointed out if it was a joke that it hurt them. The watch was bought that day and there were still stickers of authenticity with certificates on it. The lady laughed at me that "this is the cheap base metal that bends", so I shook my head incomprehensibly (the watch was, of course, steel). The lady is obviously a great expert. I wonder what they would say in Jewelry Aurum that their watches are "guys". In the end, I took my watch angrily and went home, because the lady showed no interest in having fun with me. I should have been tougher and had my watch paid for!
M	Martin Ješko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenze zde opravdu nelhaly. Otřesná kvalita služeb. Počítám, že tato prodejna přežívá jen díky tomu, že v okolí nemají moc konkurence. No pokud nemáte hodinky za stovku z Bzenecké pouti, tak radši běžte jinam. The reviews really didn't lie here. Terrible quality of services. I reckon that this store survives only because they do not have much competition in the area. Well, if you don't have a watch for a hundred from the Bzenecká pilgrimage, you better go somewhere else.

Odpoledne by mělo teoreticky být otevřeno od 13.30, ale ani na třetí pokus jsem v tuto dobu nikoho nezastihla. Telefonní číslo, které je uvedeno na dveřích, jen vyzvání a telefon nikdo nebere. Majitelé nemají zájem .......... Working hours are obviously just a vague concept for Onyx owners. The afternoon should theoretically be open from 1.30 pm, but I didn't catch anyone on the third attempt at this time. The phone number on the door just rings and no one picks up the phone. The owners are not interested ..........
