Jediná zpráva, která mi z tohoto webu přišla, byl mail o úspěšné registraci a pokyn k uhrazení provozního poplatku 75,00 Kč. My request was allegedly sent to 19 repairers. Then absolutely nothing happened. The only message I received from this website was an email about successful registration and an instruction to pay an operating fee of CZK 75.00.

Technici Opravárny mi opravili přehrávač, který v "autorizovaném" servisu odmítli s tím, že nejsou náhradní díly, protože se tento typ spotřebiče v případě servisu v zásadě mění kus za kus. Nejsem ale příznivcem zbytečného vyhazování věcí a proto jsem to zkusila ještě v Opravárně a rozhodně nelituji. Velice vstřícný přístup, skvělá komunikace s technikem, dopředu odsouhlasíte cenu. Určitě doporučuji !!! Definitely 5 stars for me. The technicians of the Repair Shop repaired my player, which they rejected in the "authorized" service, stating that there are no spare parts, because this type of appliance basically changes piece by piece in the case of service. But I'm not a fan of unnecessary throwing things away, so I tried it in the Repair Shop and I definitely don't regret it. Very helpful approach, great communication with the technician, you agree in advance on the price. I definitely recommend !!!

Zaplatíte si poplatek za to, že poptáte několik opravářů...moje poptávka měla dorazit 12 opravářům. Je to již více jak týden a nic se neděje, nikdo mě nezkontaktoval. Za mě velké zklamání, škoda čekala jsem více. The idea of repairing an old appliance before buying another one is very nice, but here it is quite unfortunate. You pay a fee to ask for several repairmen ... my request was to reach 12 repairmen. It's been more than a week and nothing is happening, no one has contacted me. Great disappointment for me, pity I expected more.
I	Ivo Mráz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VARUJI, neseriosní jednání. Zaplatil jsem a zadal žádost o opravu. Očekával jsem, že mne server osloví s výčtem a kontakty na nabídky, jak je v propozicích. Po čtyřech týdnech bez nabídky se má vracet poplatek. Po šesti týdnech, kdy nedorazila ani nabídka, ani vrácené peníze, jsem server navštívil. U mé zakázky na mne čekala nefunkční e-mailová adresa. Asi aby nemohli říci, že nabídka nepřišla a peníze tedy vracejí. Žádost o vrácení peněz, adresovanou vedoucímu, nechali bez odpovědi. WARNING, unserious action. I paid and submitted a repair request. I expected the server to contact me with a list and contacts for offers, as in the propositions. The fee is to be refunded after four weeks without an offer. After six weeks, when neither the offer nor the refund was received, I visited the server. A non-functional e-mail address was waiting for me for my order. Probably so that they can't say that the offer didn't come and so they return the money. They left the request addressed to the manager unanswered.
