J	Jan Špaček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem výměnu prasklého displaye za originál AMOLED, jelikož byla nabízená levněji než u konkurence (samotný servis v dotazech na webu potvrdil, že se jedná o originál a výměna je v akční ceně). Po předání do opravy mi bylo sděleno, že telefon bude opraven do tří dnů. Když jsem sám volal po čtrnácti dnech, bylo mi sděleno, že náhradní display není skladem (na stránkách bylo uvedeno, že skladem je) a termín dodání nevědí. V konečném důsledku byla oprava dokončena po měsíci a to záhadně až po několika telefonátech z mé strany. Při "předávání" hotového telefonu zjištěno, že nebylo vyměněno za originál AMOLED, který jsem objednal ale za lowcost TFT panel z Aliexpressu za 1000 Kč s nefunkční čtečkou otisku prstů. S technikem bylo dohodnuto vrácení peněz a vrácení telefonu bez displaye za poplatek 200 Kč. Peníze vráceny ihned, telefon dodnes nevrátili ( po skoro 5 měsících). In the end, the repair was completed after a month, mysteriously, only after several phone calls from me. When "handing over" the finished phone, it was found that it had not been exchanged for the original AMOLED, which I ordered, but for a low-cost TFT panel from Aliexpress for CZK 1,000 with a non-functional fingerprint reader. It was agreed with the technician to return the money and return the phone without a display for a fee of CZK 200. Money returned immediately, the phone has not been returned to this day (after almost 5 months).

V emailu jsem byla informována, že objednávka byla přijata a že jí v daný den a čas mohu přinést. Předpokládaný čas opravy byl u skla fotoaparátu uveden na 30 minut. Když jsem přišla, nepříjemný pan za sklem mi řekl, ať si pro telefon přijdu odpoledne. Pokud bych s tím dopředu počítala, mohla jsem si vše zajistit jinak, ale dle informací na webových stránkách jsem očekávala, že je čas rezervovaný pro mou opravu a že za tuto službu zaplatím i požadovanou cenu. Pán mi nepříjemně odvětil, že nejsem jediná, kdo potřebuje opravit telefon. Telefon jsem si vzala zpět a nechala opravit v jiném servisu, kde mi telefon přijali ihned a byli velice milí. I took the phone back and had it repaired at another service station, where they received the phone immediately and were very nice.

Doporučuji předem se s opravou objednat na konkrétní čas a pokud potřebujete, do poznámky napsat expresní opravu. Potvrzení mi přišlo do 40 minut. Human and professional approach. Zde jsem našel lidi, kteří tomu opravdu rozumí - docela dlouho mi technik vysvětloval rozdíly mezi originály a druhovyrobou a bylo vidět, že ví, o čem mluví. Druhý den jsem mobil donesl, dostal kartičku i s číslem zakázky a mohl sledovat průběh opravy na netu. Den na to mi přišla SMS, že je mobil připraven. Oprava proběhla k mé plné spokojenosti a to jsem docela šťoura. Za opravu byl vystaven účet i s vyznačením záruky. Rád se opět vrátím ? I needed to replace the display on the Xiaomi Redmi 9T. M	Michaela Kerekešová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace nebude patřit mezi silné stránky pána za sklem v servisu. Ovšem to hlavní, tedy opravy telefonů apod., taky nejsou moc kvalitní. Telefon jsem v servisu měla dohromady 3x. Poprvé v srpnu, kdy jsem ho po pár dnech dostala s výměnným lcd displayem. Po týdnu mi spadl a dispay skoro vypadnul z rámu, viz foto. Tak jsem ho nechala spravit podruhé. To už tak rychlé nebylo. Čekala jsem asi 2 měsíce. Chápu, že nebyly díly, beru. Telefon jsem v listopadu dostala bez funkčního homebuttonu, který funguje i jako čtečka otisku prstu. Šla jsem opravu reklamovat. Reklamaci mi pán přijal a další dva měsíce jsem telefon neviděla. V lednu jsem si pro něj šla a pán mi ho předal se slovy, že žádnou vadu nenašli, ale hb funguje. Pokaždé když jsem telefon dostala opravený byl display výš než rám telefonu, zřejmě z důvodu použití nekvalitního lepidla. Na telefon jsem si pořídila knížkový obal. Pár týdnů nebyl žádný problém. Včera jsem telefon vyndala z kapsy a k mému údivu byl dispaly prasklý a spodní půlka černá. Nechápu jak je to možné, dávala jsem na něj sakra pozor. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. I went for it in January and the master handed it to me with the words that they did not find any defect, but hb works. Every time I got the phone repaired, the display was higher than the phone frame, probably due to the use of poor quality glue. I bought a book cover for the phone. There was no problem for a few weeks. Yesterday I took the phone out of my pocket and to my surprise the dispalas were cracked and the bottom half was black. I don't understand how that's possible, I was watching the hell out of him. Definitely not recommended. Better to pay extra for quality work.
Z	Zdenek Drozd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při expresní výměně displaye mého telefonu jsem se setkal s při nejmenším podivným jednáním pána z tohoto servisu. Když jsem zařízení přijel vyzvednout, pan mě informoval, že rámeček byl zničený. Nový displej vsadil do tohoto zničeného rámečku a netěsnosti zamáznul lepidlem. Řekl, že existuje servisní sada, která nový rámeček obsahuje, ale že by jej museli objednat a já jsem na opravu údajně velmi spěchal (pouze jsem se po telefonu zeptal, zda je možné provést výměnu ještě týž den). Podle mě stačilo zavolat a na celé věci se domluvit - to se nestalo. O vystavení daňového dokladu jsem pána musel výslovně požádat. Displej, který byl namontován, není originální díl, jak mě ujišťoval pán. Při používání v nižších teplotách se zhorší kvalita obrazu a zobrazují se na něm barevné mapy. Na displej jsem si koupil ochranné sklo. Včera mi telefon spadl v koupelně asi z 1m a podržte se...ochranné sklo zůstalo celé, ale na displeji je pavouk. The display that was mounted is not an original part, as my master assured me. When used at lower temperatures, the image quality deteriorates and color maps appear on it. I bought a protective glass for the display. Yesterday my phone fell in the bathroom about 1m and hold on ... the protective glass remained whole, but there is a spider on the display. I join other dissatisfied customers of this service.
