Potřeboval jsem urgentně opravit drobnou závadu na brýlích a vše bylo vyřešeno hned na počkání a k mému údivu zdarma. Prodejna je čistá, prostorná, s širokou nabídkou a milým personálem. I was very satisfied with the visit and pleasantly surprised. I urgently needed to fix a minor defect in the glasses and everything was resolved right on hold and to my surprise for free. The store is clean, spacious, with a wide selection and friendly staff.

Servis naprosto perfektní, personál milý, ochotný a profesionální. Vždy rádi pomohou. Vše je naprosto bleskové, výměna skel, od objednání až po vsazení do obrouček trvala asi dva nebo tři dny. Snad všechen drobný servis je zdarma. I ceny skel a obrouček jsou velmi přívětivé. Prodejna je prostorná, vždy naprosto čistá a s velkým výběrem. Lepší optiku nenajdete. I've been with this optic almost since its opening, so I'm guessing the year 2015. I already have the third or fourth hoops from them. Service absolutely perfect, staff nice, helpful and professional. They are always happy to help. Everything is absolutely lightning fast, the glass change, from ordering to inserting into the frames, took about two or three days. Perhaps all small service is free. Even the prices of glass and frames are very friendly. The store is spacious, always completely clean and with a large selection. You won't find better optics.
