Chapu, ze informaci na teto karte mohou práci prodavace usnadnit, ale předložil jsem ucttenku, coz je zcela dostačující doklad k reklamaci. I pres to jsem byl s reklamaci odmítnut.
Doporučuji využit služeb jiného obchodnika.
I have bad experience with complaints, the merchant refused to complain about my glasses, arguing that I needed a card from the sale. I understand that the information on this card can make the seller's work easier, but I presented a receipt, which is quite sufficient proof of a complaint. Despite this, I was rejected with the complaint.
I recommend using the services of another trader.
