★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice ochotná a příjemná obsluha. Potřeboval jsem drobnou opravu a v GrandOpticalu mě poslali k šípku. Tady se snažili, vyřešili a nakonec za to ani nic nechtěli. Přesto jsem rád zaplatil. Děkuji, více takových lidí a obchodů.
 Very helpful and pleasant service. I needed a minor repair and I was sent to the dart at GrandOptical. Here they tried, solved and in the end they didn't even want anything for it. Still, I was happy to pay. Thank you, more such people and shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mam zaplacene bryle do tydne mely byt zhotoveny. Jiz treti den po terminu je telefon vypnuty a na email nikdo neodpovida. To vedet necham udelat bryle v grandopticlu!
