D	Dominika Michnova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vstřícný, milý a opravdu profesionální personál – vše vysvětlili, přeměřili hodnoty, zodpověděli veškeré dotazy a trpělivě pomáhali s výběrem brýlí, konzultovali různé možnosti... Strávila jsem zde tak dvě hodiny a za celou dobu jsem neměla pocit, že bych je nějak obtěžovala či zdržovala. Brýle jsem potřebovala, co nejdříve – a i v tom mi vyšli maximálně vstříc a ochotně vše zajistili. Za mě asi nejlepší optika, jejíž služby jsem využila. Tady je opravdu zákazník na prvním místě a plný počet hvězdiček si skutečně zaslouží. Kudy chodím, tudy chválím! ? Ještě jednou děkuji za vaši úžasnou péči a přístup. Helpful, kind and really professional staff - they explained everything, re-measured the values, answered all questions and patiently helped with the selection of glasses, consulted various options ... I spent two hours here and all the time I did not feel that I would bother them or delayed. I needed my glasses as soon as possible - and even then they went out of their way to accommodate me and willingly provided everything. Probably the best optician whose services I used. Here really is the customer in the first place and the full number of stars really deserves. Wherever I go, this way I praise! ? Thank you again for your wonderful care and approach.

Brýle nosím opravdu dlouho, ale s takovým zájmem a hodinu se mi nevěnoval ještě nikdo. Měl jsem pocit, že minimálně pro tu hodinu byly moje brýle a dobré vidění smyslem jeho života :-) Díky! I had my eyes measured by an optometrist, Jan Policar, and it was such an experience that I have to write a review. I have been wearing glasses for a really long time, but no one has devoted me to such an interest with such an hour. I had the feeling that at least for that hour my glasses and good vision were the meaning of his life :-) Thanks!

Když někomu o nákupu brýlí vyprávím, lituje, že zrovna brýle nepotřebuje. Absolutní vzor ve vedení podniku. Díky! Visiting Policarovice optics is an experience. It's not buying glasses. But an event that will make everyday gray days more pleasant. When I tell someone about buying glasses, they regret that they don't need glasses at the moment. Jaroslav's eye exam was thorough and you'll come away with a better understanding of your vision and optics, in general. It truly was an experience. Large choice of optics and frames, all at very reasonable prices. It's a family business and it's immediately apparent they prioritize the customer's need. My mom loves her new glasses. If you're looking for an experience and a quality pair of eyeglasses, look no further.

I received a Lot of patience, interest, professionalism and explanations on what I have and what I need. They really go the extra mile! They might not have the price promotions of other optics, but if you also need the consult of an optometrician, or someone friendly and professional for helping you choose frames for your glasses, this is surely a great choise. It's the best service I even encountered in this field, and if you need someone that speaks advanced English, this is your place! (I had the control with Ondřej Policar, but I saw that also his brother, Jan, has a great English) The truly deserve all the 5 stars! In the photo it's a chair they have inside, that brightened my day :).

They prescribed me other lenses than I've always had, I was surprised and reluctant, but they are just perfect! Great service and after service, wide choice of frames and good advice. I have been their customer for about 8 years and it's my only go to place when I need glasses or a repair!
