★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine dringende Reparatur unserer Brille wurde als sehr schwierig und langwierig dargestellt, wobei ein benachbarter Optiker diese in einer Stunde durchführen konnte. Personal eher unterkühlt. Nicht empfehlenswert.
An urgent repair of our glasses was shown to be very difficult and tedious, whereby a neighboring optician could do this in an hour. Staff rather hypothermic. Not recommended.

Today visited for the second time in two years. Service professional, advise, help, lady is very pleasant, helpful, smiling and patient. We will be happy to come back here when needed :)
