★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upřímně nechápu, jak může tato firma vůbec v dnešní době přežít. Neochota , arogance. Vůbec je nekontaktujte, velmi je to otravuje a ještě z Vás udělají blbce. Jedna hvězdička je moc, bohužel nejde dát méně.
I honestly do not understand how this company can survive today. Reluctance, arrogance. Do not contact them at all, it is very annoying and still make you stupid. One star is too much, unfortunately you can not give less.

Neustále problémy, když jsme chtěli internet zrušit přestal komunikovat....následně přišla zpráva že vypoved i se zařízením máme poslat na adresu s číslem smlouvy , které ovšem nemůžeme nikde dohledat a pan Mach nám číslo odmítá poskytnout.... nechapu jak v dnešní době může takova firma fungovat ....
I do not recommend to anyone! Constant problems, when we wanted to cancel the Internet stopped communicating .... then came the message that the notice and the device should be sent to the address with the contract number, which, however, we can not find anywhere and Mr. Mach refuses to provide us the number .... I do not understand how today time such a company can work ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totální blázen pan Mach. Nerozumím tomu, že u něj ještě někdo vůbec pracuje, natož, že si u něj někdo objedná službu. Ani jeden hovor neproběhl bez problémů a na dotaz, kde mám vrátit zapůjčené zařízení mi odpověděl, že si to mám přečíst na nějaké faktuře, kterou nám poslal. Absolutně nedoporučuji.
A total fool, Mr. Mach. I don't understand that anyone still works for him at all, let alone that someone orders a service from him. Not a single call went smoothly and when asked where to return the borrowed equipment, he replied that I should read it on an invoice he sent us. I absolutely do not recommend.
