Y	Yokohime Kamisama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V přvní řadě bych vypíchla poměr ceny a kvality - za nízkou cenu opravdu špatná kvalita. Jsem ráda, že tento internet již nemám. Pokud ho chcete používat jako wifi na mobilu, je naprosto k ničemu (nepřehraje ani 20minut dlouhé video na youtube, PING 300 ve hře a podobně). Zákaznický servis je strašný, hledají jen samé výmluvy proč není chyba straně, pán byl velmi arogantní. (Staré zařízení, zavirované zařízení -a to mě vážně dopálilo, problémy s připojením mám pouze u Opton, všude jinde to šlape normálně, takže logicky nebude chyba u mě-, přípojka ve vedlejší místnosti, takže nedosáhne signál a podobně.) Kdybych věděla, že tento internet je určen pro garsonku, protože nedosáhne přes zeď do jiné místnosti a jen pro počítače přes kabel, ani bych ho na sebe po minulém nájemníkovi nepřepisovala. (Při zařizování jsem říkala, že se na něj budou připojovat max 3 telefony, takže si myslím, že mě mohli odkázat na konkurenci) First of all, I would like to mention the ratio of price and quality - for a low price, really poor quality. I'm glad I don't have this internet anymore. If you want to use it as wifi on a mobile phone, it is absolutely useless (it will not play even a 20-minute long video on youtube, PING 300 in the game, etc.). Customer service is terrible, looking for just excuses as to why there is no mistake on the part, the gentleman was very arrogant. (Old device, infected device - and it really burned me, I only have connection problems with Opton, it works normally everywhere else, so logically there will be no fault with me - connection in the next room, so it doesn't reach the signal, etc.) If I knew that this internet is intended for a studio apartment, because it does not reach through the wall to another room and only for computers via cable, nor would I rewrite it to myself after the last tenant. (When arranging, I said that a maximum of 3 phones will be connected to it, so I think they could refer me to the competition)
C	Chechta Jedenáct on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V zásadě si nemám na co stěžovat, spíš naopak. Kabel mi do zdi dali tak, že to není vidět a já se válela na gauči. Internet funguje bez problému, naopak ho stále zvyšují bez navýšení ceny! Momentálně není na trhu nic, co by mohlo za cenu/výkon konkurovat :) Jediná výtka byla k modemu, který byl no-name z číny a jeho přenosová rychlost byla cca 30mb/s (takže internet na plnou rychlost fungoval jen přes kabel). Vyřešeno tak, že jsem si koupila vlastní optický modem a už i na wifi jedu na 500Mb/s. Určitě doporučuji :) Basically, I have nothing to complain about, quite the contrary. They put the cable in the wall so I couldn't see it and I rolled on the couch. The Internet works without a problem, on the contrary, they keep increasing it without increasing the price! At the moment, there is nothing on the market that could compete for price / performance :) The only complaint was about the modem, which was no-name from China and its transmission speed was about 30mb / s (so the Internet at full speed worked only via cable). Resolved so that I bought my own optical modem and I'm already going to 500Mb / s on wifi. I definitely recommend :)

D	Daniel Brvnišťan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe their internet is good but their communication is terrible. I found a leaflet on the door announcing they will be laying cables to our street in autumn. So I filled form on their website, no response. Emailed them, waited days, no response. Called, no response. Eventually they replied, asking for contact details of the building owner so they can arrange the connection. And then after several weeks they wrote that they are postponing the installation to spring. If they are this fast dealing with outages, I am not sure I want to risk it. Edit after their reply: Well, why do you then make the effort to wallpaper the neighborhood with leaflets if you are not ready to take customers?

A	Anders Axelsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up getting Opton fiber after UPC refused to deliver because our house was not prepared (even tho my next door neighbors use UPC fiber lol). I contacted Opton and it was a good option, the inital tech connected the fiber in the basement and installed the terminal in my flat. I only once had a problem with the service and it was because somehow the fiber connection in the basement had gone off (it was a time with lots of nasty weather changes and the fiber box is in a unheated basement) and the next day they had technicians on spot and fixed the problem in like 1 hour. All in all I'm very pleased, low enough ping for gaming, faster than advertised speeds and I never had any problem with communications and I've even been late with a few bills and it was never a big deal. All in all I really would recommend it. Thumbs up
