★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dva týždne mi neprišla zásielka, nikto nereagoval na emaily ani na chat, ktorí tam majú na okamžité reakcie. Po troch dňoch asi vedúci shopu reagoval a potom to už išlo celkom v pohode. Hneď na druhý deň ráno sa mi ozvali, že zásielka bola síce poslaná ale vraj sa stratila, tak mi pošlú novú. Za čo im ďakujem
PS: Nakoniec sa chyba nestala na strane eshopu, každopádne tie reakcie na emaily, správy by sa mohli zlepšiť, keď už majú takúto možnosť

The very next morning, they told me that the shipment had been sent but was said to be lost, so they would send me a new one. What I thank them for
PS: In the end, the mistake did not happen on the e-shop side, anyway those responses to emails, messages could be improved when they already have such an opportunity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den, dnes 10.8 jsme s pritelem navstivili tuto prodejnu a byli jsme velmi nespokojeni. Pani prodavacka byl VELMI neprijemna a neochotna. Tuto prodejnu uz nenavstivime a sezeneme si zbozi jinde. Nedoporucuji.
