Tímto děkuji za ochotu a vstřícnost při cestování s Vaší firmou. :) For a long time now we only drive with the Orient-taxi company, they always bring the car in a short time and the price is acceptable ... I go with my aunt to the doctors for check-ups, sometimes 2-3 times a week and there has never been a problem. Thank you for your willingness and helpfulness when traveling with your company. :)

L	Ladislav Sasek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto společnost nedoporučuji. Chtěli jsme odvézt z Benešova náměstí v Teplicích na Novou Ves. Bylo nám na telefonu sděleno, ze za 10 min. bude řidič na místě. Po 20 min čekání venku a v 6 stupnich Celsia a dalším telefonátu na linku, nam bylo sděleno , že taxikář vzal jiný kšeft, Na základě této informace jsme objednávku zrušili. Jelikož bydlím v Praze a mám zkušenosti s jinými společnostmi (BOLT, TAXiFY....), tak doufám, ze se jednou dostanou i do těchto končin a donutí lokální společnosti změnit prozákaznický přístup. I do not recommend this company. We wanted to take us from Benešov Square in Teplice to Nova Ves. We were told on the phone that in 10 minutes. the driver will be on site. After 20 minutes of waiting outside and at 6 degrees Celsius and another phone call, we were told that the taxi driver had taken another business. Based on this information, we canceled the order. Since I live in Prague and have experience with other companies (BOLT, TAXiFY ....), I hope that one day they will reach these parts and force the local company to change its pro-customer approach.
L	Lucie Jánská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dle mého názoru je toto jediná spolehlivá a slušná taxislužba v Teplicích. Orient taxi Teplice mohu doporučit. U jiných místních taxi se mi už stalo, že si účtovali i několikanásobně vyšší cenu než je běžné, proto už budu využívat jen taxislužbu Orient taxi. In my opinion, this is the only reliable and decent taxi service in Teplice. I can recommend Orient taxi Teplice. For other local taxis, it has already happened to me that they charged several times higher price than usual, so I will only use the Orient taxi service.
