They are damn slow, forget your order, forget to bring some dishes (but not forget to include them into a bill), beg for tips, include tips without ask... I can not list all of their fails! I am working near them and tried use the palace for daily lunch. I visited it maybe 5 times and every day there was something new in bad service. The kitchen is unstable as well. One day the food was pretty spicy another not spicy at all. Disgusting!

We ordered water, coca cola and banana lassi for appetizers. The banana lassi was just bananas, milk and a lot of water, it wasn't served cold. The main course we ordered were plain and peshwari naan, vegetable curry and chicken rezala. Peshwari naan had a slight garnish of coconut and was coated with a very sweet jam, this is not a traditional way of making peshwari naan. The vegetable curry had a lot of oil which i felt was personally unhealthy to eat and the vegetables used for the dish were frozen. The chicken in the rezala dish was overcooked and the gravy was blend. The information they provide on their website is completely different especially regarding to the prices as I think this is unfair to any customer. The customer service is not much to appreciate as they did not even bother to ask for a feedback regarding the food they serve. I would prefer not to give them any stars if possible as this was the most unsatisfactory dinner I've ever had..

T	Tom Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a vegetable curry and rice. The waiter was watching Netflix all the time? and there was a big plastic piece in my curry. They cook it again fast tho. Curry was not bad but would not amaze you.

Food was just colour, service was zero, waiter asking way to personal question about our background then getting upset why we wouldn't answer correctly! Waited 35min for our food, with a response of, "we ordered last so we shall receive last" or was it because I was Indian?? The previous post was right, they take more money, my husband paid and didn't question it, but I was fuming when told later on!! A restaurant using South asain heritage on a zero level. Very disappointed!

We ordered exactly the same dishes in both Sangam and Original Curry & Tandoor. So the food was very fresh compared to Sangam. And was even more surprised to see that the bill was exactly half of Sangam. Highly recommend this place for fresh and authentic Indian food ?

Persuaded family members to go there but end up embarrassed as front man doesn't lnow basic customer service. Won't go again during our remaining visit
