A proc sem si nezavolala neojednala se a co tady jako chci? Po vice jak tydnu zalehlich usi ze neslysim ani maleho syna kdyz mi neco rika a sestra mi jeste vynada co tam jako s mim problemem delam. Fakt pristup o nicem. Nechapu kdyz ji vadi ze tam lidi chodi s nejakym problemem tak at tu ptaci nedela a nemuai byt dost neprijemna na lidi co maji nejaky problem proto asi jdou k lekari.sestra arogantni jeste cloveku vinada co tam chce ze strasne asi otravuje, tohle sem fakt jeste nezazila takovy arogantni pristup od sestry ktera div neserve pacienta ze si dovolil prijit k lekari s nejakym problemem Today 19 February 2020 sister's terrible access have been open from 7:30 am I was there from 7:15 predemain 3 people and after 45 min the sister comes and ask what I have the problem. Doktor i doktorka na tomto ORL mi řekli že je to od žaludku a že zalehlé uši jsou jen můj “subjektivní pocit”. Jela jsem k jinému lékaři a ten hned řekl že sliznice velice prosáklá a zduřelá, rozsáhlý zánět, vpáčené ušní bubínky. Hned provedl zákrok, tahal zánět z nosu a propíchl uši. ORL v Žatci zanedbává péči a jen zhorší zdravotní problémy které mohou milt trvalé následky! Worst ENT !!! My ears were flat for half a year, my nose was constantly clogged and my pain was on.
