L	Lukáš Kolařík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S lehkym zanetem stredniho ucha 5ti leteho syna jsme cekali asi hodinu na pacienta pred nami, doktorky jsou normalni, poradily, vysvetlily a predepsaly kapky do usi, a pry kdyz se to zhorsi,az pak teprv daji antibiotika,coz cenim. With a slight inflammation of the middle ear of the 5-year-old son, we waited for about an hour for the patient in front of us, the doctors are normal, advised, explained and prescribed ear drops, and then when it gets worse, they then give antibiotics, which I appreciate.

Všechny lékařky i sestry milé, vstřícné… zkrátka ukázkový přístup k pacientovi dle očekávání. Nemám co vytknout, i když jsem v čekárně strávil dvě hodiny, odcházel jsem nakonec z ordinace s pozitivní náladou. I've spent a lot of hours here over the last few days checking on my illness. All the doctors and nurses are nice, helpful… in short, an exemplary approach to the patient as expected. I have nothing to complain about, even though I spent two hours in the waiting room, I eventually left the surgery in a positive mood.

Stalo se mi to na dovolené na Slovensku, kde jsem hned tento problem řešila, ale pan doktor v místní nemocnici se se mnou neparal a řekl mi ať si to vyresim po dovolené v Praze. V čekárně jsem si nějakou dobu pockala, ale nic co by se nedalo vydržet. Osobně dost trpím, pokud jde o vyšetření v krku kvůli silnému davivemu reflexu, ovšem po lokálním umrtveni tkane se mnou pani doktorka měla velkou trpělivost a skutečně se ji podařilo problem vyřešit. Proto dávám tak vysoké hodnocení. At the ENT emergency room, I found myself with a jammed bone in my throat. It happened to me on holiday in Slovakia, where I immediately solved this problem, but the doctor at the local hospital did not deal with me and told me to work it out after a holiday in Prague. I waited in the waiting room for a while, but nothing could be endured. Personally, I suffer a lot when it comes to examinations in the throat due to a strong gag reflex, but after the local anesthesia of the tissue with me, the doctor had a lot of patience and she really managed to solve the problem. That's why I give such a high rating.
J	Jessica Steinová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá příšernost - děsivý prostředí, čekací doba přes 2 hodiny, arogantní doktoři, kteří vůbec neposlouchají, co je vlastně za problém, sem už fakt nikdy… Absolute monstrosity - scary environment, waiting time over 2 hours, arrogant doctors who do not listen at all to what the problem is, I really never come here again…

Po dvou hodinách čekání s nemocným synem ( 5 let ) , nám bylo nejdříve vynadáno že nemáme hotovost na zaplacení poplatku ( i když automat nefungoval ) a když jsem chtěl zaplatit kartou tak jsem byl za úplného idiota .) Naštěstí vedle byl nápojový automat kde se dalo platit kartou .) koupil jsem synovi pití , za chvíli mi sestřička seřvala že na vyšetření ( zánět ucha ) nemůže syn v žádném případě pít .) Doktorka ( jestli se jí tak dá říkat ) po 2 min vyšetření ucha sdělila že si máme koupit nějaká kapky a skoro nás vyhodila z ordinace . Určitě nedoporučuji !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Environment - scary Nurse -arrogant, unpleasant Doctor - she also overcame her nurse. After two hours of waiting with my sick son (5 years old), we were first told that we did not have cash to pay the fee (even if the machine did not work) and if I wanted to pay by card I was a complete idiot.) Fortunately there was a vending machine next door I bought my son a drink, after a while my nurse told me that my son could not drink for the examination (ear inflammation).) The doctor (if you can call her that) after 2 minutes of ear examination told us to buy some drops and almost kicked us out of the surgery. I definitely do not recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
D	Daniel sen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there , they just don't want to work , I came with pain , the sister told me 10 minutes why she can't help me , some thing witch will take her max 4 minutes have a look and send me home with pills, I had to go to a different hospital to get help. go any where else . They are there only to be grumpy and unfriendly.
P	Plamena Argent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can have only respect for the doctors working there with hundreds people daily (approx treated 12 ppl while I was waiting 1h15m). They are very professional and trustworthy in their assessment of issues, give you an ambulance list with explanation of your diagnosis and are understanding of people with little Czech (like me) who nonetheless tried to explain.
