Péče na pojišťovnu, příspěvková i plně hrazená klientem. Objednání na konkrétní čas, avšak i přesto je třeba počítat s občasným čekáním. Po zdravotní stránce jsem spokojená. Professional approach, practical organization of all examinations and procedures through the reception. They fully meet the time possibilities of clients. Care for the insurance company, contributory and fully paid by the client. Ordering for a specific time, but still need to count on occasional waiting. I am medically satisfied.

Pod jeho vedením jsem absolvoval TEP kyčle v nemocnici Kladno, kde jsem byl velmi spokojen. Tímto celému personálu ORP i nemocnici v Kladne děkuji. ORP Prague Pod Juliskou in use for several years. Dnes velice nepříjemná paní na recepci, personál nepoužívá hygienické rukavice ani papírové prostěradla pro pacienty (hygienická opatření zde asi neplatí) .... a přístroj na lymfu velice hlučný, po 35 minutách máte pocit, že potřebujete na ušní:-) Také se zdražily polatky za služby. A za hodinu před prohlídkou zrušili prohlídku….. už jsem byl na cestě a rezervoval pro to čas ve svém kalendáři. ŠPATNÁ zkušenost, protože za tu dobu mohl bych jít do jiné kliniky. 1 postponed due to the fact that the doctor left, she gave up her job. Then they gave me an appointment in 1 month. And an hour before the tour, they canceled the tour… .. I was already on my way and reserved a time for it in my calendar. BAD experience, because in that time I could go to another clinic.

Chtěla jsem rehabilitace, které by mi zaplatila pojišťovna, a tak jsem hledala na internetu. Vypadalo to, že toto zařízení smlouvu na pojišťovnu má. Při objednávání přes telefon jsem se pro jistotu zeptala a bylo mi potvrzeno, že cvičení jsou hrazena pojišťovnou. Když jsem se po vstupním ošetření chtěla objednat na jednotlivé fyzioterapie, bylo mi řečeno, že u každého cvičení budu doplácet téměř 500 Kč. Když jsem řekla, že jsem myslela, že je to hrazené pojišťovnou, mi paní na recepci řekla, že ano, vstupní vyšetření je hrazeno pojišťovnou a cvičení také, ale jelikož používají moderní přístroje, tak se doplácí. Nemám nic proti tomu, že poskytují nadstardantní péči za příplatek, ale já jako student si nic takového nemůžu dovolit a nyní budu muset čekat další dva měsíce s bolestmi, než mě někde vezmou. Kdyby tato skutečnost byla zřejmá již na začátku, ušetřilo by se mnoho času. Plýtvá se nejen časem pacienta, ale i paní doktorky, jež prováděla vstupní vyšetření. Místo mě mohl přijít jiný pacient, který by třeba nemusel čekat tak dlouho. "Skvělá práce!" The place looks nice from the inside. But I came across a communication problem. When I said that I thought it was covered by the insurance company, the lady at the reception told me that yes, the entrance examination is covered by the insurance company and the exercises as well, but since they use modern equipment, they pay extra. I have nothing against providing super-care for a surcharge, but as a student I can't afford anything like that and now I'm going to have to wait another two months in pain before they take me somewhere. If this fact were obvious from the beginning, it would save a lot of time. Not only the time of the patient is wasted, but also of the doctor who performed the initial examination. Another patient might have come instead of me, who might not have to wait that long. "Good job!"

I went to complain and they didn´t bother to check them with me to see what was wrong and made the correction without letting me test them there. They stated that the adjustment was right an the problem was my foot and to find another solution.
