P	Pavel Bukovanský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní lékař který je tam asi jenom pro vybírání peněz. Mimochodem jsem mu zaplatil 1500 , Kč a on mi odmítl vystavit doklad o zaplacení. Ta zmíněná částka byla za aplikaci léku v injekci. Můj zdravotní stav ho vůbec nezajímal. Doporučuji se tomuto zdravotnímu zařízení velkým obloukem vyhnout. An arrogant doctor who is probably only there to raise money. By the way, I paid him CZK 1,500 and he refused to issue me a proof of payment. That amount was for injecting the drug. He was not at all interested in my health. I recommend avoiding this medical facility with a big bend.

Byla jsem milé překvapená, že pan doktor je takový specialista,že ze 3 metrů uměl posoudit že koleno je v pořádku plus jeho řeči že mi může ale nemusí věřit že koleno stále bolí. Bohužel jsem obyčejný člověk žádná modelinka ani sportovec a ani dárečky jsem sebou neměla. Bohužel špatná zkušenost s tímhle panem doktorem vede k tomu že na kliniku Ort-Art se už nevrátím Bartáková Kateřina Today a check-up with Dr. Hustak after knee arthroscopy. I was pleasantly surprised that the doctor is such a specialist that from 3 meters he could judge that the knee was OK plus his words that he may or may not believe me that the knee still hurts. Unfortunately, I am no ordinary model or athlete, and I did not have any gifts with me. m	mi mic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Právě se mi vrátila manželka z "vyšetření" s velmi negativními zkušenostmi a to jak na příjmu (45min čekání přes objednání), tak na vyšetření. Nemohu si to nechat pro sebe.... Pan dr. Husták byl arogantní od začátku, na úvod zesměšnil manželku za nošení respirátoru, ignoroval donesené RTG i zprávy kolegů a věc bagatelizoval "v rámci špatné fyzičky"... manželka běhala maratóny... Pak to vzalo rychlý konec ... v kostech to není... nenabídl možnosti léčby.. prostě odchod... Nikdy více.... My wife has just returned from an "examination" with a very negative experience, both at the reception (45 minutes of waiting over the order) and at the examination. I can't keep it to myself .... Mr. dr. Husták was arrogant from the beginning, at first he ridiculed his wife for wearing a respirator, he ignored the X-rays and colleagues' reports and he downplayed the matter "in a bad physique" ... his wife ran marathons ... Then it took a quick end ... it's not in the bones ... did not offer treatment options .. just leave ... Never again ....

Surý a dr. Rivec jsou odborníci ve svém oboru. Ihned mě objednali na operaci, pooperační péče byla rychlá a okamžitě jsem nastoupila na rehabilitaci. Sestřičky a celý tým velice příjemní lidé, kteří nemají problém se usmát a odpovědět na dotazy. Ano, je pravda, že na kontroly v ambulanci si člověk počká zhruba hoďku, ale s tím se dá počítat vzhledem k dennímu programu (mám z minulosti zkušenost z jiné ortopedie, kdy čekání i 3hod na konzultaci, takže zde opravdu ok). Operaci vedl Mudr. Surý (rovnání kloubu palce), krásně odvedená práce, žádné komplikace. Už jenom vyndat dráty ? I can highly recommend the clinic, I also got a recommendation here and I do not regret it. The nurses and the whole team are very nice people who have no problem smiling and answering questions. Yes, it is true that one waits for a check-up in the outpatient clinic, but this can be expected due to the daily program (I have experience from other orthopedics in the past, where waiting 3 hours for a consultation, so here really ok). The operation was led by Mudr. Raw (straightening of the thumb joint), beautifully done work, no complications. Just take out the wires ?
P	Petra Škeříková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu souhlasit s negativními zkušenostmi s MUDr. Hustákem. Moje vyšetření u pana doktora proběhlo naprosto v pořádku. Pan doktor sice není typ, který se hned mezi dveřmi usmívá od ucha k uchu, ale je to profesionál, který rozumí své práci. A to je to, co od doktora očekávám. Ačkoli jsem přesně nedokázala popsat své potíže s kolenem, důkladně mě vyšetřil a doporučil další postup. Na operaci jsem se objednala právě k němu, protože mu plně důvěřuji. Sestřičkám z Ort-artu děkuji za milý přístup!! I cannot agree with the negative experience with MUDr. Husták. My examination at the doctor's was fine. Although the doctor is not the type who smiles from ear to ear between the doors, he is a professional who understands his job. And that's what I expect from a doctor. Although I could not accurately describe my knee problems, he examined me thoroughly and recommended further action. I just ordered him for the operation because I fully trust him. Thank you to the Ort-art nurses for the kind approach !!

Byla jsem objedná na 9h byla jsem tam ještě dříve , plná čekarna nervózních lidí kteří taky marně asi čekali, nepříjemná sestra která místo příchozích pacientů řešila dost nahlas co bude dělat na oběd doktorovi. Po 1,5h čekání a následně optání na jak dlouho to ještě vidí časově, nám bylo arogantně oznámeno "co jako chceme", jasně že budeme čekat ikdyž jsme objednání ,že doktor má operace a ve chvíli volná sem tam vezme 1,2 pacienty a jde znovu operovat. Konec byl takový že jsme raději odešli. Chápu čekací dobu ,ale toto bylo opravdu moc Definitely not recommended, although a private clinic, but behavior horrible. J	Jan Vavroš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na doporučení si šel reoperovat meniskus, protože v jisté nejmenované nemocnici mi operaci provedli, jak se později ukázalo, špatně. OrtArt Operace, erudicita operatéra a tím konečně dobře odoperované koleno na výbornou 5 hvězd a děkuji bohu za doporučení! 2 až 3 hvězdy "čekačky". Nemají zde dny operační a pak dny pouze ambulantní (3/2 nebo 4/1). ? Tohle opravdu nechápu proč ne. ?‍♂️ Takže doktor z operací odskakuje na ambulanci. Časy objednání vůbec nesedí a připravte se na cca hodinu a půl čekání od vašeho termínu. Byl jsem svědkem v průběhu mé léčby mnoha rozhořčených lidí v čekárně. Před chvílí, protože tu zrovna sedím a čekám na injekci, jeden pán bouřlivě odešel. Tenhle systém by si měli změnit. Jelikož jsem rád jak dopadla operace a opravdu jsou zde skvělí, dávám celkové hodnocení 4 hvězdy. Since I like how the operations turned out and they are really great here, I give an overall rating of 4 stars.
