Navíc mi tvrdil, že se mi do mezery nevejde implatát, což pak opakovaně vyvrátilo následující vyšetření u implatologa. Špatný po odborné stránce a jeho přístup k pacientům je ještě horší než lékařské schopnosti. Arrogant behavior, Dr. Ivanov is unable to listen to what the patient says. Mám obavy, že tím porušil mimo jiné zákon a mám obavy, že jeho jednání nebylo v souladu s dobrými mravy. Podle zkušeností jeho klientky se nedá moc spolehnout na to co říká. Sdělil klientce, že má hodně zkušeností s novým druhem rovnátek a pak sestřička prozradila, že si to číslo kolikrát tyhle nová rovnátka nasazoval - není takové, jak deklaruje. Velmi negativní zkušenosti. Neodpovídá na otázky, začně řezat zuby bez varování. Sdělil nepravdivé zkušenosti ohedně toho kolik má zkušeností - což jsme bohužel zjistili až po zaplacení, když rovnátka neustále padala- tak nám to bylo divné a sestřička prozradila, že pan doktor ještě moc zkušeností nemá i když nám tvrdit, že těch nových rovnátek nasazoval mnoho a že je odborník. Vzal si necelých 90 000 a pak si spolupráci rozmyslel a peníze nevrátil. Jelikož jsme neměli smlouvu nemohli jsme nic moc dělat. Penize investovane do techto sluzeb rozhodne nelituji. A pristup pana doktora byl profesionalni a prima! I left with MUDr. Ivanova brushed his two daughters teeth. After today we will not be using the services of Dr Ivanov again. When I asked why he wanted to extract 2 of my son's teeth he replied "because I say so". When I asked for an explanation he became arrogant and rude. When he said "I don't like stupid questions" I decided it was time for my son and I to leave. It is quite possible that the procedure Dr Ivanov wanted to perform on my son was the correct one, but he was unprepared to explain it to me. I place high importance on polite, informative, and courteous customer service, particularly when it involves my son and his health. On this occasion Dr Ivanov chose to display an unacceptably low level of courtesy and professionalism and I had no alternative but to walk away.
