Don't come here !!! Mrs. Strakov is rude, you can, and she doesn't care about their patients at all. I came here for over 4 years and threw away tens of thousands of crowns and the result is not worth anything! She didn't fix my bite at all and she still drilled a hollow in my front tooth when she removed my lock and then she lied to me that she remembered that I had the hollow there from the beginning. I always had to wait a long time and I didn't experience such an impersonal approach, it's just a money shop!

I do not recommend orthodontics with Mrs. Straková, I went here for 2 years, and after 2 years I changed my orthodontist, as I was not satisfied with Mrs. Straková's approach or with the result of the treatment. I cannot assess Mrs Straková's knowledge, but I would evaluate her approach as indifferent and unprofessional. After more than a year of treatment, when I felt that the shift of the teeth was small, I sent for a consultation to another orthodontist so that I could hear a different opinion of the orthodontist. She summarized the condition of my teeth so that it would be good for me to glue the ceramic locks to the 7, and also glue some locks so that the teeth straighten into the correct position. The reality with Mrs. Straková was such that on any question regarding my treatment, I felt that my questions were bothering her, trivializing everything with answers such as "these are the little things, they will talk later" and so on. She only glued the mentioned locks on 7 to me after 2 years of treatment in the summer of 2020, although she herself told me that it was necessary to glue them in the summer of 2019. So form an opinion of how Mrs. Strakova's approach to the treatment of her patients. In addition, it should be noted that Ms. Strakova has a lot of patients who are not able to deal with the fall from a time point of view and it then prolongs the treatment, more times it happened to me that I ordered after three months, normally it is after 6 weeks. Despite ordering, I waited in the waiting room for an average of 40 minutes to 1 hour. If I compare it with my new orthodontist, I'll wait a maximum of 5 minutes for that, if I need to glue a lock on my teeth, glue it to me operatively right at the check-up, and whenever I have any questions, try to keep me going. It is important to realize that if you choose an orthodontist and would like to change it later, you will have to pay for the treatment to 99% again with a new orthodontist, so my advice is to carefully choose your orthodontist.

I spent 4 years with Dr. Straková with a relatively severe bite defect. Despite the initial shock, when I was advised to perform the jaw surgery, which I eventually underwent, I do not regret it at all, because the defect has disappeared and my teeth are beautifully aligned. The doctor is a professional and knows what she is doing. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Absolute disaster! I do not recommend and do not understand how anyone can write a positive review. The arrogance of this doctor knows no bounds! I went to her for over 3 years, I am not satisfied with the result. Thrown piles of money for nothing. I'm not even talking about lost time. Over the course of three years, countless nurses took turns there. I'm not surprised. Today I was with my daughter to stick a retainer, after a year it peeled off and at the price I was crazy! The arrogant doctor justified this by saying that she blamed herself for having poorly cleaned teeth. I would like to point out that we regularly go for dental hygiene and take care of our teeth regularly and carefully. When the doctor talks to you, she leaves and ends up yelling at you across the hall from another room. So, at the animal level, really. Save yourself who you can and don't go there at all !!! In the interest of your mental health, do not exceed the threshold of the surgery at all. This was really the last time!
