Na webu uvedeno "expedice nejpozději do 3 dnů" - objednáno v neděli, ve středu stále ani info o odeslání, natož doručení. Dvě zprávy s dotazem na stav se mi vrátily nedoručené jako spam (přestože jsem odpovídala na jejich mail), komunikace žádná. Jelikož to spěchá, koupím jinde. The website states "dispatch within 3 days at the latest" - ordered on Sunday, on Wednesday still no info about the shipment, let alone delivery. Nebyl problém s výměnou vadně vyrobeného nerezového hrnku za nový na náklady obchodu a při té příležitosti ani výměny nože za jiný (můj špatný odhad velikosti nože). Vznikl rozdíl v ceně cca 25 Kč, který jsem chtěl pochopitelně doplatit, načež mi bylo oznámeno, že nic doplácet nemusím, že je vše v pořádku. Nejde tu o peníze, ale o přístup, který rozhodně nelze brát jako samozřejmost! Ještě jednou Vám děkuji za milou pozornost a přeji Vám mnoho spokojených zákazníků. Great customer service !!!
