Just a shopping mall, and what is the worst part in cold season - it's a banch of shops (with fake discounts) and you have to move between them going through outside. If it's cold it's so uncomfortable, moreover it's all the time strong wind there. Also parking place is outside. Do not waste your time going there, just go to normal shopping center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive for an outlet and only about 35 stores. It did not feel like an outlet to me since I could not find any "deal" there. There is plenty of free parking and some places to eat too, but not a lot of options. If you are after a bargain, don't waste your time going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok to have one time visit. Usually the shops here can be found in other shopping centres near to the Ostrava city center, so nothing exceptional there. Should only go if looking for a change of place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design of the outlet is excellent with the nice walk way around. Outlet is outdoor curved open area. Most of the shops have overpriced even after the discount. But you can find some items with reasonable price. I visited the outlet in June 2019, there was a playground for kids free of charge with some gifts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm never visited this place before and it's difficult to rate this because there is no much similar places like this to compare. I must say is a very original concept of "mall". All stores almost "outdoor" instead a closed building. Lot of parking but at the same time lot of unused space and every point is far from each other. The offer of food is limited, nothing original, but good. The stores are very nice, most of them warehouses or points to distribute their online sells. It's also far away from the center of the city.
