★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto optiku již víckrát NE.Máme od nich celá rodina brýle a půl roku staré brýle praskly.Nechtěla jsem ani uplatnit reklamaci a i přesto mi neposkytli žádný servis - pouze ať si u nich koupím nové brýle,že mé jsou neopravitelné!A ejhle,síla internetu pomohla ,optika sice v Praze mi je opraví do 5 dnů za max.500kč....ty co jsou údajně neopravitelné!!

This whole optic is no more.We have the whole family glasses and half a year old glasses cracked.I did not want to make a claim and still did not provide me any service - just let them buy new glasses that mine are irreparable! helped, optics in Prague will repair them in 5 days for max.500kč .... those who are reportedly irreparable !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta spokojenost. Obesli jsme vsechny optiky ve meste a skoncili zde. Zaprve ochota zamestnancu pomoci byla na jine urovni nez jinde a za druhe velice vyhodne ceny nas presvedcily, ze uz jinam chodit nebudeme.
Absolute satisfaction. We went around all the opticians in town and ended up here. Firstly, the willingness of the employee to help was at a different level than elsewhere, and secondly, the very favorable prices convinced us that we would not go anywhere else.
