P	Pavel Radkovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ovčárna parking is the highest point you can, under normal circumstances, get by car if you want to walk to Praděd. The parking fee is 250 CZK per day. You can also get there by bus from Hvězda parking (the bottom parking place near Karlova Studánka). Both cars and buses are only allowed to go to Ovčárna only at certain times - i.e. up at the top of the hour, and down at half. If you want to avoid large crowds, come as early as possible.

So from the very bottom car park its approximately 8km up hill .... top car park it's only 3.6km but you pay €12 for the top car park.....bottom is about €4... You can take the bus up to the top car park also... From the top you walk along the old tarmac/ asphalt road up and around the mountain until you reach the radio mast. You can go up inside via an elevator to the viewing point, €5 They have a Restaurant on the ground floor and it's also possible to rent scooter type bike to roll back down the hill....its fast and fun...
