★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located in the center of Prague, so to have tourist customers must be usual thing here, so please tell me why people who work there are so rude to those, who don't understand czech? Even if you don't speak English, at least be polite! Not everyone, who visit your place is czech and they don't have to learn your language just to order a cake ?
P.s cakes are delicious tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most tasty cakes I have ever eaten in my life, it is cheap, in the city center and nice place to hang out. They don't speak in English, but Polish language and google translator was our helpers ))

However, my last experience wasn't the best. I came on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was mostly empty. There were just three women ordering before us, so I expected it to be quick. It took no less than 20 minutes for their orders to be ready because there was a single person taking orders, re-stocking the ice cream and checking customers out.
