Slecna uprednostnila komunikaciu s kolegynou z vedlajsieho predajneho ostrovceka pred obsluhou klientov, dalej klientov ignorovala a bavila sa s mobilom. Po osloveni a ziadosti o obsluhu reagovala velmi podrazdene bez akehokolvek zaujmu o predaj zbozi. Bohuzial, po tejto velmi negativne skusenosti budem musiet nakup caju uskutocnit u ineho predajcu nez Oxalis. Ak by to bolo mozne, dam obsluhe hodnotenie na minusovej stupnici. Nejen, že vám nepomůžou nebo nenabídnou alternativu, ale div vás nepošlou někam, jelikož dané zboží nemají protože prostě nejsou velká prodejna a nemůžou mít všechno. Druhá slečna z obsluhy div nepadne smíchem, jak mi to její kolegyně natřela. Této prodejně se obloukem vyhnu, pokud má slečna mindráky, měla by si je vylívat někde jinde a ne na zákaznících. Ano, je tam ostraha a kamery, ale už toto mi přišlo podivné. Čekala jsem nejméně 15 minut, když se obsluha vrátila, vůbec ji nenapadlo omluvit se. Roušku měla pod nosem, každého čaje navážila víc (jistě, stát se může poměrně snadno, ale to už byla drobnost ke drobnosti). A ve finále jsem doma zjistila, že mi jednu položku zaměnila. Celkový dojem z celé akce byl, že jsem ji akorát otravovala. Toto opravdu není přístup, který by zákazníka nalákal přijít znovu. Pokud rychle potřebujete něco běžného, asi se tam nakoupit dá, příjemný zážitek s milou prodavačkou ale nečekejte. Vypadáte, že jí obtěžujete a na dotaz, že potřebuji kávu na filtr nebo moka mi odpověděla, že to netuší, že si musím vybrat podle chuti. Kdybych nutně nepotřeboval kávu a vedle v prodejně na kávu neměli zrovna pauzu, tak bych ani tento předražený odpad nekoupil. Nikdy víc už sem nejdu.
