★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonstop havarijní služba? To jako vážně? Včera když jsem zavolala na číslo uvedené na stránkách sem doufala, že mi pomůžou nebo poradí. Asi nevím, že když je v radiátoru díra, tak se musí vyměnit. Tohle bylo víceméně vše co mi pán řekl k tomu že mám vyplavený pokoj, když prasklo topení. Opravdu nedoporučuji volat sem když budete mít akutní problém!
Nonstop emergency service? Are you serious? Yesterday, when I called the number on the site, I was hoping to help or advise me. I guess I don't know that if there's a hole in the radiator, it must be replaced. This was more or less everything the gentleman told me to have my room washed up when the heating burst. I really do not recommend calling here if you have an acute problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V úterý jsme se s firmou OXO domluvili na termín připojení myčky, které mělo proběhnout za 2 dny. Půl hodiny poté, co měl instalatér dorazit, tak zavolal, že tento den to nestihne. Jako důvod, proč nedorazil dle domluvy uvedl, že zakázková kancelář zapomněla, že již v daný termín mají jinou zakázku. Instalatér byl nepříjemný a na naléhání byl ochotný ozvat se druhý den na domluvu jiného termínu.
Pokud firma sama navrhne termín, který je za dny, měla by mít přehled o tom, zda je v tomto termínu opravdu volno, a pokud ne, měla by navrhnout zákazníkovi nějaké řešení, ideálně před domluveným termínem.

If the company itself suggests a deadline that is in days, it should be aware of whether it is really free and if not, it should suggest to the customer some solution, ideally before the agreed deadline.
