★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z pohledu dodávek plynu, jednoduchosti a ceny bylo vše ok. Horší to bylo s vyúčtováním, když byl přeplatek. Vždy jsem po půl roce musel psát, aby mi bylo vystaveno vyúčtování a vrácen přeplatek. Jakmile jsem měl nedoplatek, tak bylo vyúčtování vždy automaticky.
 From the point of view of gas supply, simplicity and price, everything was ok. It was worse with the bill when there was an overpayment. I always had to write after half a year to issue a bill and return the overpayment. As soon as I had an arrears, the billing was always automatic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma posílá faktury pouze za období kdy má klient nedoplatek, při přeplatcích vyúčtování vůbec neposílá!
The company sends invoices only for the period when the client is in arrears, it does not send bills at all in case of overpayments!
