Why? it was very hard to reach someone at the provided phone numbers and there was no one waiting for us in front of the Courtyard hotel. It should be more clear written, that the office is inside the entrance "shopping center" - so in case no one shows up in front of the hotel entrance (which is more left of the shopping entrance), just go inside the shopping entrance and directly to the office. It is also not good, that the guys taking the cars, will also have to take the phone calls. Just imagine the customer might be in a hurry and has no time to try to call someone 20 times or more. If you found someone to take over the car, it is perfect (even when you have to get your car in the garage on your own on the way back - that's not a problem at all)

Had a lot of issues with my visas that I had to keep bothering smile parking with the change in dates but they did it without any hesitation. One of the fastest communications as well. I'm so glad to leave my car with smile parking as it's guarenteed it's in safe hands. Going to get my car after 60 days for the best price. Thank you smile parking
P	Parvinder Punia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had used Smile Parking a few times. I usually had some issues with the staff but it improved. But I will never use them again. I just upgraded my car and since then, money was stolen from the car. Not alot ..about 200kc that I leave in the car for any emergencies. I emailed them and I have been told that it was my fault for leaving the money there. Interestingly I used them before and had money in the car but when I leave a new Mercedes with them...items went missing from the car. Worse is the email response I got which basically did not acknowledge my previous custom to them or apologies or attempt to remedy the loss. I won't use them again since I had overlooked their rude staff and other repeated reviews of major damage to the cars...but not this time. I thoroughly recommend to anyone NOT to use them. There are alternatives that are safer and more economical!!

Once I return, paperwork was done in the same quick manner and I picked up the car from the same building, no need to go somewhere else. I had included cleaning the car inside and outside which was done excellent! Car was parked indoor so was still clean. Is the best parking service I ever had and for sure I will use it each time I will departure from Prague airport! Recommend!

Due to Covid now all is "unpersonal"/contactless and in my case many things went wrong and I was really p.... off. But finally we found a fair agreement and let's hope that this was one of these "black" days which sometimes happen. I will give them a chance again, when Covid is behind us and I can give the car key to a living person.

When entering the code received from the online checkout the screen kept showing “no keyes” message and eventually froze so nothing worked. After trying multiple times we managed to find someone from the parking lot who advised to call the hotline which I did. After calling the hotline I was told by the person on the other side of the phone they didn’t speak English and only spoke Czech. I must say this was rather a shock to me since it is supposed to be a helpline for the parking lot located on the main international airport in the country. I asked if there was someone who could speak English that we could talk to only to be told no. We were basically left on our own but luckily the screen unfroze eventually and after trying the code again the lock had finally opened and we were able to get our keyes back. I would certainly not recommend unless you’re native or speak the language as in case of any trouble- you will be left on your own.

Already when dropping the car off there were problems - we have not been sent a code and therefore could not leave the keys as required. At the hotline they did not want to help us and pretended to only speak Czech. As a result the pickup of the car did not work either and we could not get out of the parking with our car. Again, no help from the sevicehotline. We even met a man who did not get back his keys, which he had dropped off in the lockers of Smile Parking. Disaster!
