Wir sind direkt wieder raus und gegenüber in einen kleinen Laden, wo wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Außerdem war der kleine Laden deutlich günstiger und das für mehr Service.
Came with 2 children and all needed complete equipment. Found the staff totally listless, almost rude and arrogant. We are right back out and across to a small shop, where we received a warm welcome. In addition, the small shop was much cheaper and for more service.

Very helpful and especially experienced owner. It's not exactly the cheapest, but it pays to pay extra for quality. Great choice in winter and summer.

Если кратко, то мне в этом магазине не дали бланк на возврат taxfree. Сказали, что он выдается только на покупку на более чем 5000 крон.
А самая проблем в том, что мне через три дня не сделали возврат. Якобы возврат только при покупках через интернет.
Администратор хамло жуткое. испортил мне все настроение от поездки.
Поэтому будьте очень внимательны при покупке.
On December 31, I bought a helmet at the Sport-2000 store in Rokytnice Nad Jizerou in the Czech Republic.
I'm from Russia. Before buying, I asked the administrator to give me a taxfree form. However, he did not give me the form. He said that the form is issued only with a purchase of more than 5000 kroons. Although the rules of trade, the blank should be issued at a purchase of 2,000 kroons.
At hotel, I carefully tested the helmet. It was small to me. Unfortunately the size XL is very large.
January 5 morning I went to the store and asked the administrator to make a return.
But he rudely refused me. He claimed that he can only change it. And a refund is possible only when you buy online.
I did not need another size. I needed a refund. I said that I would go to the police, but I could not find it. And I did not have much time.
The helmet is absolutely new. I did not use it. And the administrator saw this.
