Pracownic infolinii bezużyteczni. Dzwoniąc z pod paczkomatu twierdzą, że paczkomat jest sprawny i nie ma problemu. Następnie łączą z informatykiem który po kwadransie stwierdza, że się jednak nie da dostać do przesyłki.
W tej chwili Inpost zawłaszczył 3 różne przesyłki, które rzekomo wg powiadomień SMS są w paczkomacie. Przesyłki trafiały tam odpowiednio w poniedziałek, wtorek, środa i żadna z nich nie jest dla mnie dostępna.
Ekran jest czarny i nic nie można zrobić. ŻENADA.
The Inpost company holds my property in a broken parcel locker.
Employees of helpline useless. Calling from the parcel machine, they say that the parcel locker is working and there is no problem. Then they connect with an IT specialist who after fifteen minutes states that you can not get to the parcel.
At the moment, Inpost has appropriated three different parcels that are supposedly in a parcel locker according to SMS notifications. The shipments went there on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and none of them is available to me.
The screen is black and nothing can be done. Embarrassment.

Great location for a parcel locker next to the car park, easy access :) It's worth downloading and configuring the InPost app for your smartphone, it will do all the work for you! Why stand at the terminal as easier and faster to deal with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paczkomat w świetnym miejscu jednak kurier go obsługujący to dramat jakiś!!! Kolejka paczka oznaczona "ułatwionym dostępem" ląduje na samej górze w samym tyle!! Pan na infolinii twierdzi, że paczka umieszczona prawidłowo i następnym razem nie odbierać tylko oznaczyć, że ma się problem. Ktoś przyjedzie i przełoży- kiedy? Ok jasna sprawa nie ma miejsca, nie ma możliwości wsadzenie- rozumiem, ale ile razy może być taka sytuacja zwłaszcza, że w bezpośredniej okolicy są 2 inne paczkomaty?? Dlaczego pod stacją benzynową paczki nawet jak są na górze to są z przodu i nie trzeba prosić nikogo o pomoc w wyjęciu?? Może ktoś powinien dostać inny rewir skoro ten mu nie odpowiada?
A parcel locker in a great place, but the courier serving it is a drama !!! The parcel line marked with "easier access" lands at the top, right back !! The gentleman on the hotline says that the parcel is placed correctly and the next time it does not pick up just to indicate that you have a problem. Someone will come and translate when? Ok, of course, this is not the case, it is not possible to insert - I understand, but how many times can this be the case, especially since there are 2 other parcel lockers in the immediate vicinity ?? Why, under the gas station, the parcels, even when they are at the top, are in front and you do not need to ask anyone for help in taking them out? Maybe someone should get another area if this one does not suit him?
