Na prodejne mi bylo receno, ze to vymenit za jiny odstin nejde a ze nemam listek z pokladny. Vytisteny vypis z uctu kde je jasne viditelna transakce jim jako dukaz o nakupu nestacil.
Opravdu nechapu co je za problem vymenit kus za kus ... u konkurence jsem takovy problem nemel.
I bought a wood stain at the store, but at home I realized that I had taken a lighter shade than I wanted. I was told at the store that it was not possible to exchange it for another shade and that I did not have a ticket from the cash register. A printed statement of account where the transaction is clearly visible was not enough for them as proof of purchase.
I really don't understand what the problem is to exchange piece for piece ... I didn't have such a problem with the competition.
