Jestli se někdo nechává zastupovat touto AK, tak ho upřímně lituji. Faktické chyby ve smlouvách, zbytečné zdržování komunikace - na emaily odpovídají klidně i po necelých dvou týdnech a to jen reagujete na jejich vlastní podklady. Občas jsme si přišli, že komunikujeme s nějakým studentem. Protistrana, která se jimi nechala zastupovat při prodeji bytu, přišla o 100 tis. jen kvůli jejich vedení kupního procesu. Málem k finále jejich vinou vůbec nedošlo. My jsme přišli o všechny předdomluvené řemeslníky a ceny, takže nás následná rekonstrukce bytu vyšla mnohem dráž. V průběhu komunikace vyšlo najevo, že proces tato AK zdržovala i z důvodu zajištění bydlení jiné osoby, o které většinový vlastník ani nevěděl. Navíc tuto osobu ani neodhlásili z trvalého bydliště, i když se k tomu prodávající ve smlouvě zavázal. Zjistili jsme to až po oznámení o exekuci na dveřích! Pokud jsou vám peníze milé, tak se spolupráci s nimi vyhněte.

Terrible. Unprofessional and expensive. 18 months of trying to get my ex to pay child support and I haven't even been to court yet. The lawyers made errors resulting in delays and then charged me to refile the corrected documents. When I complained I was told that they will prepare my file and I can collect it and find other representation. Disgusting.

I worked with Jana Sedlackova and Lenka Shanelova from AK Pajerova for 5 years on a custody case. I highly recommend them. The process took 5 years, since it involved two international child abductions (one was settled outside of court thanks to their advice, the second one required a return process under the Hague Convention) and going all the way to the constitutional court in the subsequent custody process. Throughout this long case, I was able to rely on their legal advice, their excellent statements to court and their professional representation in the court hearings. Both the international child abduction and going to the constitutional court required cooperation with other lawyers. The cooperation worked very well and the comments from other lawyers confirmed their competence and the quality of their work. Being able to blindly trust their competent advice was not only crucial to arrive at a good court decision, but also vital for me to navigate the craziness of a custody trial in a foreign country. The combination of their legal expertise and their understanding of my situation and the emotional support it required were nothing short of fantastic. At the end of these 5 years, my son is back home and strives in shared custody. Jana and Lenka were essential in giving me a chance to raise my child.
