★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxusní zážitek. Nejen že vás přivítá krásný interiér, ale i velmi milá obsluha. Ihned jsme byli obslouženi, jídlo i pití bylo výborné! Vše bylo přineseno s úsměvy a ve velmi příjemné atmosféře. Jako třešnička na dortu nás obsluha překvapila malým dortíkem na účet podniku poté, co pes jednoho hosta polekal naši dvouletou dceru. Tohle završení naší návštěvy nás utvrdilo v tom, že tady dělají svoji práci ti správní lidé a dělají ji s radostí. Děkujeme!
 Luxury experience. Not only will you be welcomed by the beautiful interior, but also by the very friendly staff. We were served immediately, the food and drink were great! Everything was brought with smiles and in a very pleasant atmosphere. As the icing on the cake, the staff surprised us with a small cake at the expense of the company after a dog of one guest startled our two-year-old daughter. This conclusion of our visit confirmed to us that the right people do their work here and do it with joy. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jídlo v průměrném stavu. Myši lezly pod stolem, na zákusky jsme čekali dlouho a museli poprosit obsluhu.. kteří na nás zapomněli.
Food in average condition. The mice crawled under the table, we waited a long time for desserts and had to ask the staff ... who forgot about us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání. V neděli 27.3. jsme odpoledne navštívili poloprazdny podnik. Personal bez zájmu o hosta, na všechno jsme dlouho čekali, o objednání dezertu jsme museli prosit dvakrát. Přitom se po place pohybovala spousta personálu. Nezachránilo to ani průměrné jídlo. Bylo by příjemné s kdyby personál uměl alespoň popřát dobrou chuť.
Big disappointment. On Sunday 27.3. we visited a semi-empty establishment in the afternoon. Staff without interest in the guest, we waited a long time for everything, we had to ask for a dessert twice. At the same time, a lot of staff moved around the place. It didn't save the average meal either. It would be nice if the staff could at least wish you good taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palác Platýz, co to je. Velký soubor budov s nádvořím ve kterém je několik provozoven. Kavárny, restaurace, zmrzlina, prodejna potřeb pro umělecké malování. Aukční síň.
Je to také spojnice mezi ulice národní a směr Staroměstské náměstí, Rytířská ulice. Určitě doporučuji. Ideální i pro malé děti nejezdí tady auta a je zde malý vodotrysk /pititko.
Platys Palace, what is it? A large set of buildings with a courtyard in which there are several establishments. Cafes, restaurants, ice cream, art supplies store. Auction hall.
It is also the connection between the national street and the direction of the Old Town Square, Rytířská street. I definitely recommend. Ideal even for small children, cars do not drive here and there is a small fountain / drinker.
