M	Maks Kindzli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Всім привіт!Хочу поділитися справжнім відгуком і для тих хто планую їхати працювати на Панасоник Cz.Я тут 2 раз і працював виключно по 3 місяці.Якщо ви манувия (через агенство ) вам все влаштують як це було в мене :житло,транспорт до роботи і з роботи і сама робота.На заводі переважно чехи і також є інші країни світу по націях.На заводі працює справжня піраміда є нижнє звено Оператор ,Джампер хто обслуговує і приносить деталі ,Киппер хто ремонтує і доглядає за устаткуванням і Лайн - лідер головний на лінії де ви будете працювати .Як будуть ставитися до вас ? Як до самої низької людини ніби ви бомж чи бідолага який нічого не може в житті і приїхав сюди за кращим життя.Джампери і Киппери можуть вам принижувати і заганяти також лідер якщо не знає Українську як в моєму випадку ви будете винні і нічого не докажете .Лиддер відразу після того як на вас хтось жаліється вам наступний день звільнить без попередження (усного) Ваш куратор отримає повідомлення і все . Хочу щоб це прочитали і зробили якісь висновки Японці які ж є справжнім законом на заводі вони установили чіткі правила, які ВСІ мають дотримуватися.Тому моє враження від цієї роботи . Справитися може навіть людина з вадами по здоров'ю чи похилого віку,але зараз в 2022 там справжній хаос і я вам раджу не їхати сюди так як не цінять людей і їх взагалі як людей.Повторю там дуже погано ставляться до людей які приїхали на 3 місяці якщо ви на 2 роки ставлення зовсім інше більш лояльне.
